Darla woke up and as she woke up, she saw that there were lots of drips and IV's connected to her body.
"I'm alive??, How did I survive the gunshots ?,it was right through my head or I'm I in heaven's clinic?"she asked herself
As she kept on asking herself questions a middle aged woman entered her room
"Oh my God Mimi you are awake, Thank the Lord. I was so worried because the doctor said you won't be able to make it but I didn't give up yet."She said.
"Errmm...why are you calling me that, I'm not called Mimi and who are you?and where am I?"Darla asked.
"Have you lost memory darling?Let me go and call the doctor"she said as she left Darla alone.
"Why did she call me Mimi,that's not my name"Darla thought.
As she thought about this she turned to the window and when she saw her reflection, she was shocked and screamed. It caught the attention of those outside. "I'm Mimi Ling,she's the girl I saw on the news but how did i get in her body , have i been reborn?"She kept thinking about other possibilities.
Suddenly three people rushed in,one middle aged man,one young boy and the middle aged woman who had entered before.
"Mimi,are you okay?How do you feel" the woman asked
"Sis,I heard you can't remember anything is it true?The boy asked.
Darla nodded in agreement as she kept in mind that she now had a younger brother.
"I'm your father and she is your mother and the boy is your brother called Dooby.If you can't since you don't remember, you can call me Shawn and call your mother Anne"the middle aged man said.
"Okay I'll try to remember "She said.
She accepted the fact that she was now called Mimi and since life gave her a second chance,she was gonna get revenge on Seth and Cindy and live a better life.
Her new family left the room for her to rest and the nurses came in to check her vitals.
"Nurse, who are...my family "Mimi asked since now she accepted her name now.
"Your family is the Ling family and they are the second richest family in Country D,they own the Liam Hotel, Cyprus resort,Ling Cooperation and many other accompanies "the nurse answered
Mimi was perpelexed even though she knew the Ling was rich she didn't know it was to this extent.
"Thanks for the information "she thanked the nurse.
