Chapter 4 - A losing fight; An Unfair Stance.

Andrew Arcvonten...

A boy who was ready to fight someone 'he dislikes.' As well as to know something new about himself.

At this point, he was in Rosewood High School's school field.

Rosewood high school was a school in the west district of Arcgow Prizlaw.

The school has three different sections in the area. The school is considerably more prominent than the world's largest college campus. And there are three sections in this school.

The three sections are the education of the students in their correct grades. The first section is where the youngest age requirement is. The second section is where the middle age requirement and the last section is where Andrew is.

The first section is Pre-Nursery or Nursery to Kindergarten 2.

The second section is from 1st grade to 8th grade.

And the third section is from 9th grade to 12th.

Rosewood is mostly the only school that is in Arcgow Prizlaw or California.

However, Andrew was getting closer to his encounter.

" Ah...man, this going to kill me, huh? I have been walking for almost hours already!"

Andrew has massively been tired after almost walking for ten minutes.

" Man...What time is it?"

Andrew whipped out his flip phone that was on 15%.

And the time he had saw was 4:17.

It will take him three more minutes to get where he must go.

" I hope that person is ready 'cause I will beat the hell out of him." Andrew snapped.

As of now, Andrew is almost where they are supposed to meet.

The shed was extensive, and the door seemed unlocked, so somebody was ready to meet Andrew.

As Andrew opened the door, many boxes made a type-beat maze route to the back of the shed.

" Hm...Hmm hm, Hmm."

Andrew started to hear humming noises coming from the back of the shed.

Andrew started to walk through the maze, and when he reached the end of the labyrinth, he saw a silhouette of a boy who was 16-18 years old.

Is this the guy he was supposed to meet over the phone?

" So, are you him?" Andrew asked of the sign of doubtfulness.

" Yes, I am the boy you talked to over the phone. My name is Joseph Kamiayo. I will be showing you a form of respect."

Andrew was taken aback by the person that was in front of him. He was a student of the same year as Andrew but in a different class.

And that class was A-5.

Joseph is a kid of all known as a 10th grader but really in the 9th grade. He was the smartest kid in his class. He was good at talking to people and bringing them down to sorrow.

" Joseph Kamiayo," Andrew remarked with his fist closed, " I will crush your morals."

" Morals?" Joseph smirked with a wicked grin.

" Morals or not, I'm not letting that slide. You are talking to me about respect. The understanding of your respect is only about your family and not for others. How does that respect if it's not for everyone? I don't know everything about respect, but what your little brother did wasn't any respect at all."

" And? That doesn't give you the right to punch a little kid in the face."

" Ok...what do you gain from me answering that question? I did it and didn't care at all. You probably will meet the same fate as him. Of my respect, huh?"

"Tch," Joseph clicked his tongue, " How dare you say that. You may die where you stand."

"..."

Joseph was a man of all cards. His face was cheerful; he always smiled in dangerous and prideful situations. But, as of now, he is a monster in disguise.

Joseph's appearance was a simple outfit. It is just a simple baggy long sleeve shirt and baggy sweats pants.

He had his hands behind his back and still grinned at Andrew.

" Yea...That's respectable, huh? I thought you would show me respect, but you just threatened me." Andrew remarked.

" Ha, I threatened you? Forget that."

"Eh...?" Andrew answered.

After Andrew said that, Joseph brought a sword behind his back and pointed it at the ground with one hand.

It was a one-handed sword and about 35 inches in length of the blade.

" Let's see if you have swordplay?"

"Huh?" Andrew said while walking a little back.

Joseph had now pulled out another sword with his other hand. And throw it at Andrew.

In mid-air, the sword would hit Andrew in his chest, but Andrew grabbed it before it hit him.

" Are you for real? This can't be logical?"

" Of course it is; I'm doing this for my "family" and little brother. My father is mad at me because I let this happen in the first place. And that damn Dj, he all always telling lies."

" Who's Dj?" Andrew asked.

" Oh... I thought you had met him. But he is an African American bodyguard of my family. He works full time, and maybe another sibling in my family."

After Joseph had said that, Andrew felt perplexed.

He didn't know what to do.

And then Joseph took that chance with a grin.

"!"

Joseph and Andrew were 6 meters away from each other, and Joseph had blitzed half of that distance.

Then Joseph made a striking-down attack on Andrew.

But...

Andrew had blocked it by making his sword horizontal.

" Ha! You are good!" While putting weight on the sword, Joseph said, " It seems you can fight!"

" Wha-"

Andrew couldn't finish talking when Joseph was ready to continue his pursuit.

His attack speed was at a high-midlevel swordsman. As then, Joseph slashes his sword down vertically. He is making Andrew move to the side.

( Woah! This can't be right. Who insane person does this? )

As when Andrew had moved his left, the fight wasn't ever.

Of course, Joseph didn't stop fighting.

Their fight was going to be blocking and dodging. Joseph had already gotten worn out. He knew he had to end this fight before Andrew got the upper hand.

" Attack!" Joseph yelled with all his might.

"..."

Andrew didn't reply and only focused on blocking and dodging.

But he didn't come here for that, and he probably got everything he wanted to hear.

At this point, Joseph was in the attacking lead.

And Andrew keeps on blocking.

" Why are you keep blocking!" Joseph repeated.

" I don't want to attack because these are the real thing, and do you think I will go to jail for this!"

" Ok then!"

In the shed, everything started to fall, and it didn't seem to be able to handle this fight any longer.

Andrew was ready to make his plan.

Joseph was worn out of being the attacker of this fight, so he just returned two meters from Andrew to make some space.

And at the very least moment, Andrew took his chance.

" Tch... Good technique...!"

Joseph had no chance of blocking Andrew's attack in front of him.

Andrew had moved swiftly through the shed. It was at the same speed as Joseph had done.

And he made an upper strike attack.

But as for Joseph, he responded by parrying the attack and then getting an acceptable hit on Andrew's right arm.

" Arrggh!!!! M...y My arm!!!" Andrew screamed in fear of getting cut in a vital area.

Then when that attack happened, Andrew fell on the floor but quickly got up and looked at his arm.

( What!?! )

Andrew looked at where he got hit, and there was a tear on his type-beat school uniform.

" It seems you lived that."

" Yeah, it seems I have armor!"

Andrew started to put a grin on his face to get a emotion from Joseph.

They both were getting tired, and it was getting dark outside.

The time was 5:47.

" Is this your first time using a sword?"

" Kind of," Andrew answered, " I used to do swordplay with my 'father,' and it's 100 out of 89 now."

" Oh..."

And with that, the battle continues.

Andrew and Joseph started to dash at each other and swung their swords. They were making sparks in the air.

They both moved back from each other at that second as well. But they still needed to finish the fight. They dashed at each other again and then traded sword blows.

Golden-colored sparks went out in the shed. Their surroundings were getting cut down around them.

This fight was getting complicated. Both of them are still determining how long this will take.

They both weren't ready to stop.

Then a quick thrust had happened.

Andrew got a direct hit on Joseph.

It wasn't fatal. The slash was just by Joseph's side, but it wasn't painful enough for him to not continue.

" Damn."

At that moment, Andrew continues to do more thrusts with both hands.

A loud noise came out.

" Ack!!!" Andrew muttered because he had missed a step.

Joseph had seen Andrew miss a step and then take a position to get the lead.

He was done playing games and was now going for the kill.

" Your life is done!"

"!"

Andrew is shocked to the bone.

Andrew was taking his chances in this fight. He decided to change his tactic again to continue Joseph's pursuit.

Sparks rang out.

Joseph and Andrew were exhausted at this moment. Joseph only had his right eye open cause of the sparks, and his right hand was numb to the bone. Andrew had multiple cuts on his school uniform.

" Haa... Let's stop and consider this another time. We are both tired to the core, and we are evenly matched. As of right now, you can... show me some mercy. That's a form of respect, Yes?"

"..."

Andrew's respect is a form of respect that people can take for granted because they are in a position of life and death.

But what society thinks of respect is just non-understandable. It is a construct of people's ideologies and way of living. There are multiple ways to show respect.

" No." Joseph had answered.

" Ah!"

And at a glance, this is a form of disrespect. When something doesn't even give a thought or a chance about it and doesn't even have any opinion or even ask questions.

As if life was simple, Andrew had his life flash before his eyes.

"!"

Joseph moved as quickly as the wind when he said "no" to Andrew.

He slashes Andrew's chest in an upper-right motion.

But that wasn't him at all.

Andrew had thrown his uniform in the air. And it landed on Joseph's sword.

Joseph was furious about this happening. He didn't know how this situation would play out.

It seems like Andrew can get out of every dangerous situation. But he didn't get left uncut. He was bleeding from the side where his right rib was.

" You bastard, why won't you drop dead."

Joseph was having any of it. He wanted this to be done.

" Are you going back on your morals?" Andrew remarked.

" Fuck morals. I gave no shit about that and am only doing all this on half of my little brother. I wouldn't waste time on this boring shit if it weren't for you."

Joseph was at his tipping point.

He had his back turned to Andrew with his uniform on his sword. And then came up with a plan.

He let the uniform slowly fall off his sword and waited for a perfect chance to get Andrew.

While at that moment, Andrew wrapped his right hand around where he got cut at.

" Ha...It seems you can't win this fight, Joseph!" Andrew said with a smug face.

In an instant, Joseph had taken another chance at victory.

Suddenly...

Blood...

Spurted...

On...

The...

Ground...

This blood was Andrew's.

( What!? Had I been cut? How is this possible? )

Joseph had to perform a heroic or ninja movement as if the world was fantasy.

But as how Andrew had lost was by his part.

He felt a cold breeze all around his body when he fell to his knees. He wondered how did he lose the fight in a quick state. He was standing at the same place he came in. The grayish-blue scenery that He and Joseph were in was over.

" Hm, I can predict that this fight is over. I had won this fight, Arcvonten. Even though I don't know how I did that, please understand this apology."

" Bh...Km," Andrew muttered. "...Ha? I can't...believe that."

" Ha, and I think you will only have some more time left to live before your body reacts to the hit," Joseph replied.

The performance of Joseph was uncomplicated. He only did the same dash at the beginning of the fight, but it was unexpected that Andrew didn't know someone who could do that with their back turned.

But Andrew was at the half distance where only Joseph could perform. He didn't do any crazy feat of a superhuman. It was only lucky that it happened.

" I will take my leave. Take care, Andrew. This is my " first" respect to you."

" Your respect? …Cough!" Andrew replied.

As Andrew kneeled on the ground, he saw Joseph walk to the box maze where he came from. And blood was coming out of his mouth.

Then suddenly, Joseph felt something holding his left leg. He turned and saw what his little brother had one had seen.

" Fu…ck! Yo..oo…our Morals!" Andrew said with his left hand clenched.

A loud bang rang like two pans hitting each other with the bottom side.

"Ghagk!" Joseph yelled mid-air.

Joseph was at the door of the shed.

While his goldish hair covered his face, Joseph didn't know how he got there but got up. He knew where Andrew had punched him was the endpoint of the shed and couldn't believe he was alive.

You can think that the shed was 48 feet long in diameter. And Andrew punched Joseph at the 12 feet mark, and Joseph had gotten hit 36 feet long in the air.

" How the…"

Andrew was in his pool of blood and holding his energy for something else. He had a plan to help him out of this deadly situation.

" Am out of here. Rest in peace, Andrew Arcvonten." Joseph muttered while speedwalking out of the shed.

Then…

The front doors of the shed were closed.

Andrew got his phone from his left pocket that was on 5% to call somebody.

{ Hello? Andrew, why you called? }

" Co..m…me Sa…ve," Andrew breathed, " Me…Sophia!"

{ What! Huh? Where are you? }

" The...third section fie—," Andrew murmured.

Andrew had dropped his phone cause of the breeze he was feeling and then crumbs up in a circle holding his chest where his cut was.

{ Andrew! Andrew! What happ— }

Then Andrew's phone died by him while he was lying in his pool of blood.

Will Andrew survive this situation?
