Li Shi Yi was a straightforward person, no fluff about her. After saying a quick "hang on," she sent over a practice video about ten minutes later.
And added a note: "Fresh off the press, fellow townie, give me some pointers please! (fist bump)"
Li Shi laughed a little but didn't rush to watch it. He replied, "I wouldn't dare instruct you. Let me first appreciate your dance."
He stood up again, took out a pair of Bluetooth headphones from the outermost pocket of his backpack, connected them to his phone, and started the video.
Li Shi Yi was wearing a light yellow long chiffon dress that day, her hair done up in something like a ponytail but tied off at the ends. As the music started and she began to dance, she was captivating. Her movements were fluid and graceful, carrying a touch of antiquity, which was utterly entrancing.
Li Shi couldn't help but applaud her.
