Li Shi's way of addressing Wang Yue Lan nowadays is "chaotic". He sometimes calls her Sister Lan, Yue Lan, Sis, and even "sister-in-law", especially the last one.
He handed his phone to Wang Yue Lan, discussed how to shoot the video, and then had her turn on the recording function. He then walked over to the barbell in the corner.
"Just film from behind me; make sure you don't get my face."
Li Shi easily played with the barbell as though he were dealing with a movie prop, had it not been for the intentional show of a shot of the barbell crashing onto a mat in the end.
Back at home, Li Shi sat on the sofa and edited out a few frame captures showing half of his face using his phone. After watching the edited video a couple of times to ensure no issues, he sent it off to Wang Yuan.
At home, Wang Yuan watched the video and then dragged the progress bar back. He calculated the weight of the barbell pieces and was astonished by the result.
