The main event is scheduled to happen in the evening, right now it's just intermission.
He looked at the chat history between him, Chen Qiu Ye, and Wang Yue Lan in their group chat.
The group name had at some point been changed by Chen Qiu Ye to "The Three of Us."
Chen Qiu Ye: "Just finished the work meal. It wasn't bad, but it can't compare to the food you cook (rolling eyes)."
Whenever Wang Yue Lan had to work late, she would bring or deliver food to her.
Wang Yue Lan: "Don't drink too much milk tea when you're working overtime. If you really want it, get half-sugar."
Chen Qiu Ye: "Hmm, got it. But it doesn't taste as good without all the sugar (pretty weak)."
