Robert's POV
Then, moments later, the fourth round is me versus Sora. Once the gates are opened, I came out with my katana and stepped into battle to face Sora, who had gone back to his spot in the other side, before the gates would shut again.
"So, you're that Robert, eh?" Sora said to him.
"Yes, it's me," I boldly replied back. "You just insulted the prince of Vanworth and a student of mine, didn't you?"
I did this for Harold and as a retaliation.
"Yeah, why?" retorted Sora back. "He's just a coward."
I was a bit pissed off, so I responded, "Not nice."
"What?"
"You're disrespecting the prince," I replied back.
I then readied my katana for combat.
"How dare you!" Sora responded back while being a bit mad at me.
I then decided to teach him a lesson by knocking him out of the battle.
Then, the fourth round began, and the host shouted, "Fight!" Sora then charged at me while shouting, "I'll crush you!" I then dodged his attack by using Flash Speed, before pointing my katana at his back to use Lightning Rod on him.
He got electrocuted and collapsed to the ground.
"He was holding a metal object," I thought while looking at him.
I heard the crowd gasped at my move on him.
"What was that?" Sora asked me as he struggled to get up.
"That's Lightning Rod," I responded back. "It's a lightning ability that requires a metal object or weapon."
Then, I heard Blaise shouting, "You can do this, brother!"
I then felt a bit embarrassed by it.
But then, I glanced back at Sora, who managed to get up and charged at me with his weapon.
But I managed to block his attack with my katana, and we struggled to push each other.
And then, Sora then pushed further against me, causing me to push back, but with little success.
"Ha! You're done for!" Sora said to me, "I'm using my clan's signature ability!"
"What?" I responded.
Then, I remembered a fact I learned about mana at school, and that fact is that I can use most of them to boost a non-magical ability.
So, using that fact and advantage, I focused most of my mana towards pushing Sora, before adding it with using Lightning Rod.
As a result, Sora was electrocuted by it, but still, he struggles to push against me, albeit weaker than last time.
"You think you would win against me?" he asked me while glaring at me. "Me, a son of a-"
His sentence was cut when I just used Lightning Rod on him while the two katanas are still touching each other.
This time, he fell to the ground electrified and paralyzed.
Staring at him, I said, "This is what you get for your arrogance."
Then, as Sora couldn't get up, the audience cheered for me.
I then looked at them while holding my katana and thinking, "This is fun."
"Okay, Lightningheart Robert had won the fight," the host announced, "and Kawasaki Sora was out!"
"So that's his family name...," I thought upon hearing it.
I then offered a hand to Sora, who then flatly rejected it, and instead, said to me, "I'll defeat you tomorrow, in front of everyone."
The front gates on opposite sides then opened.
"Okay, good luck with that," I replied briefly and calmly, before going back into the back rooms.
There my friends complimented my fight with Sora, and how I showed my skills to him.
"Yeah, I taught him a lesson for messing with my student," I responded back as I wiped the sweat off my forehead with a towel. "Phew! That's not a piece of cake."
"Thanks, sensei," Harold replied.
Glancing at him, I said, "You're welcome."
Then, someone called my name. We then looked at the door, and Sol and Blaise came in. Blaise then headed straight for me and gave me a tight hug while congratulating me for my victory in the last round.
"Big sis, you're squeezing me," I said to her.
Then, William commented, "Wow, you really loved your brother, don't you?"
Blaise then let go of me and responded back to him, "Yes, we're very close."
"That's a bit too close," I thought.
Then, after that, Sol said to us, "So, do you want to leave and take some time off?"
Upon hearing that, I looked at him and asked, "Really? We can do that?"
"I'll inform the host when you'll come back here for your next fight," Sol responded. "You might need some rest; and, William and Harold were a bit injured from that crash into the wall."
I then looked at William, who then added, "Yeah, my back still hurts."
Thinking about this, I eventually replied, "Sure, at 1 in the afternoon. Is that okay?"
"Sure, I'll tell him about that," Sol responded, before leaving the back rooms to inform the host about my return.
Later, once that was done, Sol returned, and we all left the arena and went back to the palace estate to rest and recover.
