Walking through the town Sera looks delightfully at the young man behind her. He is such a sweet boy following after her like a lost puppy. He hasn't met many foreigners, as his sense of danger is pretty tame. The most beautiful thing about these small towns is their delectable sweets that are so easy to pluck now that they are the ripest.
Putting on her softest puppy dog eyes, she turns to him. Looking at the young man with concern, "Are you sure we are supposed to do this?"
Sera smiles as the hapless child merely nods his head enthusiastically in response. Chewing on her lower lip playfully, she pauses, "Promise my parents will never find out?"
Sera steps aside and lets the young man take the lead smiling as he crosses over the border of the village, moving toward the woods. "I was told we were never supposed to come here, that it was dangerous."
"Don't worry, I will keep you safe," the boy replies in a husky voice cracking at the ends of it as he tries to appear older.
