At first, there was a single one; one that quickly multiplied a dozen times before rushing towards Lux.
'Only twenty of them came? No, wait, it's thirty now… Fifty…alright I see what's happening, I'm too impatient.'
Thought Lux with a smile, witnessing the Forgotten Beasts of different shapes and forms approaching his position.
His plan was quite simple: why waste so much time looking for those beasts, when they can be the ones looking for him?
He wasn't afraid of failure as even if he died now, it was just a simple trial that gave him more that he could've asked for.
'Besides, I'm pretty sure this Trial has some kind of logic behind its actions. If what I'm thinking is right, then the strong Forgotten Beasts won't show themselves until I finish dealing with the weaker ones. Then the boss will show, and so on…'
Of course, that was only Lux's reasoning from what he saw on the last Trial, nothing was really sure in this world.
