"Diego," I mind linked to him.
"Yes Alpha," He respinded.
"I have another Omega who is in the Black worrior pack and he needs training," I explained. "How would you feel about being around other people? And how soon can you get here?"
"I can handle being around others but I want a house while I am there," he anwsered. "I need to have a space of my own so I can decompress. As for how soon I am with Conor right now so I can be there fairly fast. Has he shifted into his wolf yet? This will help me figure out training him."
"Dragomir," I said out loud. "I need you to tell me if you shifted yet."
"No I have not," he anwsered. "But I do keep hearing this voice in my head lately."
"Diego," i reconnected through mind link. "He has not shifted but has been hearing a voice in his head."
"Who is around you? I am having Conor bring me to where you are," Diego responded in a hurry.
"Conor and Diego," I said. "I am with the Alpha Black himself and the Omega. Conor give me a few and let me send the immage of the office to you."
"Jason two of my pack members are comeing right now," I informed him. "So do not panic."
After that I glaced around the office and send the whole office image to Conor. Teleporting is tricky business and is best to always have an image of the place in mind. If not you can apear in a unlikely place or be killed. Few minutes later, they appeared and diego walked straight to the young Omega.
"You are very young still but I can sense that your wolf is ready to come out in a few days," he mumbled but everyone heard what he said. "Your Omega abilities have been growing but you need to learn control over them."
"Diego," I gentally called out to him. "Can you explain what is going on to us please."
"It is simple," Diego said. "When an Omega's wolf is mature enough it does not matter what age they are to shift. They will shift depending on their wolf and abilities they have. Omega's also each have a special ability that is only unique to them but there is shared abilities that every Omega has. Also on another note Omega's have different fighting style that fits just them."
"Okay," I said. "so I want you to train him. Also keep in mind that Jason is wanting to ask him to be his assistant. Since he will be shifting soon I want you to be by his side until you feel that he is trained to be on his own. I am trying to help this pack out. Also see if there is any more Omegas in this pack. I leave all the Omegas in your hands to train and teach them. Jason it is time to straighten out your pack about Omegas. The truth about them needs to be put out there so everyone knows."
"Yes Alpha Winter," Diego said. "I will go and look. Dragomir come with me so we camn chat. After words you can come back and tell them your choice. But I do advise you to take up the offer. it would be a great oppurtunity for everyone involved, including the pack itself."
That was the last thing we heard as they walked out the door of the office.
"So that was Diego," Jason comment. "Wow, I am shocked. I never thought that he would be something like that."
"You will be surprised about Omega's in general," I told him. "Also there are other abilities out there as well. Now on to figuring out the best accountant for you. You of course want to have some one you can trust in this position as well as a honest person."
"Yes I do have a mated young lady in mind," He responded. "She had came up to me one day saying she thought that she could best benefit the pack was to go and get her an accountant degree. Mentioned how she talked with her mate, who also is a worrior. Yes they want pups but she thought that helping me with our finances. She is finishing up her degree and I have been considering her to help on that part."
"Great," I said. "Now we can get some control on your paper work."
"Are you always like this?" Jason asked.
"What? Oh you mean someone who hates messes?" I questioned him. "No I just believe in some organization. Yes messes occur but this much of a mess. No I can understand a smaller mess. This here is a big mess and needs to get under control. If it was a smaller mess dealing with all your paper work, than I would be fine but not like this. So let get it taken care of and have a controled mess, instead of an out of control mess."
"Okay I can see what you mean," jason responded. "A more controled mess is managable. but a big mess will take time to get under control and I could nagleced my other duties."
"Yes that is true. What we want you to have is a controled paper work mess that you can manage not an uncontrolable one," i told him. "By having a control on your paper work you are able to spread out your time easier. Also your assistant can organize your paper work on what you need to tend to first."
"I can see where you are going," Jason said. "The assistant can handle things here whil i head out to see the training and anything else that may need my attention."
"Correct," I anwsered. "Also your Beta can have a similar benefit. this can cut down your guys office time. opens up more freedom and can spend some time with your pack as well."
