Seeing that he didn't have any way to know if his opponent was powerful of not, Nova decided to use a simple trick to discover this unknown variable.
He limited his power to that of an Evolver Stage.
Normally, he should've started by Stage 1, or Stage 2, but after pondering for a while, it was too simple to do so.
Until someone could at least resist his attack, Nova would continue using an Evolver Stage power.
'Let's see how this guy moves first.' Nova was constantly watching and analyzing his opponent's movements.
And from what he could see, the guy's speed was almost as fast as a Stage 9, only lacking behind a little.
"Nova what are you doing?" Fiona confusedly asked. She wasn't sure why Nova only stood in the same place as the skeleton approached him.
"I'm trying to get a feel of this guy, and his supposed Realm. This way, I'll get the hang of how strong he is, and also how the Death Law works, hopefully."
