They lied to their kin, and pretended that everything was fine with the other demon bases, when actually, nothing was standing anymore.
One could find ruins of the giant bases that floated in space. Of course, as the demon race was very arrogant, they thought it was an error of communication and decided to not pursue the matter.
How could they even dream that a human single-handedly destroyed five of their bases in such a short time?
And that's exactly what Nova wanted. To give them the feeling that nothing was wrong, before suddenly everything collapsed at once.
