After attempting to enhance their weapons so many times, the knights have finally gone exhausted. They're now either sitting or lying on the ground. Their heavy breaths were almost all synchronized, making it appear as if they all reached their limits at the same time.
The lecture is now over; it turned out shorter than I thought. No, perhaps I was just having so much fun that I didn't notice the time passing by.
"Ah... it's unfortunate that the young master isn't present. Even though he's so strong, he surely could've learned so many things from you," Marcus confidently said.
By young master, does he mean Baron Heldrick's son? I heard he has a bunch of them, so which one?
Well, it doesn't matter. This is the only time I will be coming here to teach, so I doubt I'll have the chance to meet him.
"Hello there."
As I'm busy wondering to myself, a lone woman approaches me; she merely ignored Marcus and the other knights.
The lady was someone I've been monitoring since I began my lecture. Likewise, she's been carefully watching me and the knights since then, although she's not once left her seat.
Base on her elegant dress, I can tell for sure that she's a noble woman. But more than that, her beauty rediate an aura of elegance, something that can only be seen from high nobility.
"My name is Sabrina, I'm the soon-to-be wife of Baron Muro's second eldest son."
Like a proper noble lady, she introduced herself with a bow and a raise of the sides of her blue dress.
Normally, nobles won't introduce themselves first to commoners or people of unknown origins. They would only decide to give their names after the other party properly introduces themselves while prostrating on their feet.
However, perhaps knowing that I'm under the pretense of not realising that she's a noble lady, she decided to introduce herself first. Other than that reason, perhaps it's because we're not entirely in the proper setting to require the usual etiquette.
With a respectful bow, I introduced myself to her as well. Although, mine don't have the same elegance in my movement as hers.
"It appears you're done with your task," she said while taking a concerned glance at the knights, "I thought of introducing myself much earlier, but I was afraid I might intrude."
"Thank you for your consideration..."
She seemed really excited while watching us train earlier. She must have really wanted to introduce herself far sooner.
Is she a fan of sword fighting?
Perhaps realizing what was on my mind, she smiled and she promptly gave an answer.
"I like hearing heroic tales of knights and adventurers... Fufu... And lately, I've been hearing a lot about a female elf who has defeated quite a number of strong monsters outside the city."
Waaa... did I take it too far in the guild? So the stories about me just keeps piling up...?
"This is the first time I've seen such a strong woman like you!" she compliments with glitters in her eyes.
Just like that, she eagerly grasped my hands. Her shining blue eyes, staring at me as if I was some precious item.
"Is that so...?"
"And the truth is... I was expecting you to have a burly appearance... I feel ashamed... But that is why, I'm even more impressed now that I saw that not only you are strong, but beautiful as well!"
I didn't know what to say; I was so taken aback by her energetic attitude.
"Say, although it is quite late in the day already, wouldn't you mind having to drink tea with me?"
"I don't mind, but..." I said while throwing a glance at Marcus.
"I think it would be fine; we're done for the day anyway. Eria, you can relax with milady here," realizing my intention, Marcus nodded and replied.
"Is that so?"
"Just... when you're done, please go back to the Baron's office and talk to him once more. You should inform him before you leave."
"I see... I'll make sure to do that later."
"Hmph! It's not like it will take long!" Sabrina complained with a pout. Then, taking my hands, she said, "Let"s go, Eria-sama!"
