(A/N: I got reminded by my friend over and over again to post more, and when i saw some of you guys still reading this series ig i will try to write this series again)
The next morning, Ryuu woke up feeling groggy and disoriented. He stretched his arms and legs, trying to shake off the remnants of sleep. As he sat up, he mumbled to himself, "What a weird dream. I can't believe I turned into a girl and became a magical girl."
But as he walked over to the bathroom to freshen up, he caught a glimpse of his reflection in the mirror. His heart skipped a beat as he saw the image of a girl staring back at him.
Ryuu gasped, staring at his reflection in shock. The memories of yesterday came flooding back to him, and he realized with growing horror that it had all been real. He really had turned into a magical girl.
He splashed cold water on his face, hoping it would wake him up from this nightmare. But when he looked back in the mirror, he was still a girl.
Ryuu groaned. This was going to take some getting used to. He splashed some water again on his face and then began to brush his teeth, trying to ignore the strange sensation of being in a girl's body.
He spent a few minutes examining himself in the mirror, running his hands over his face and hair. It was still him, but at the same time, it wasn't. He was now a girl—a girl who had become a magical girl.
"Huh," Ryuu sighed, continuing to wash himself.
After washing up, Ryuu made his way to the kitchen to make some breakfast. As he scrambled some eggs and brewed some coffee, he couldn't help but feel a little anxious. What would his friend think? That his best buddy had turned into a girl? Did he still think of me as his friend, or just some girl with mental issues claiming to be his best friend?
And he couldn't even go to work with this new look.
With another sigh, Ryuu sipped his coffee.
"Ew, so bitter," Ryuu said, confused. "Why did this coffee suddenly become so bitter? But this is the coffee I usually drink every morning."
With a puzzled expression, Ryuu took another sip.
"So bitter!" Suddenly, as if struck by imaginary thunder, Ryuu realized his taste buds had changed.
"No way!" Horror filled his face as he went straight to his fridge and took out the cake that his neighbor had given him two days ago.
He put the cake on the table and crossed his arms.
"I don't like sweets, but if I suddenly like it, that means my theory is true..." With a nervous laugh, Ryuu took the spoon and cut a little bit of the cake.
Without hesitation, he took a bite. It was sweet, just like cake.
"Maybe I'll take another bite," Ryuu said as he ate another bite and another and another...
Without realizing it, the cake in front of him was gone.
"Eh, where's the cake?" Ryuu looked around in confusion, then at the plate where the cake had originally been and at his spoon.
So it's true... even my taste buds are changing. Ryuu looked blankly ahead and sighed. Something had already happened, and there was no going back.
With that statement, Ryuu tried to cheer himself up. After washing the dishes, Ryuu looked at the clock on the wall.
"It's already 10 am. Where is that fairy?" As promised by the fairy, she would teach and train his powers, but there was no sign of her at all.
"Where in the world is that fairy go?"
With a knock on the door, Ryuu shifted his attention and glanced at his door.
He didn't remember ordering anything, nor did anyone usually visit him at this hour.
Hesitant to answer, he approached the door slowly and peeked through the little hole to see who was knocking so early in the morning.
Ryuu spotted a person wearing a completely black uniform with the logo "M.G Association" on it. Their face was obscured, making it impossible to identify them.
After another knock from the person in black, Ryuu decided to open the door and greet the stranger.
"Hello, do you need anything? As far as I remember, I didn't order anything," Ryuu said in one breath.
But the person in black just stood there and asked, "Is this Miss Ryuko-san's house?"
Ryuu wanted to refute what the person said, but they weren't entirely wrong, so he held back.
With a nod, the person handed Ryuu a box.
"Please sign here and here," they instructed.
Ryuu nodded and signed it. After that, the person bowed politely and left as if they had never been there.
Ryuu continued to stare at where the person had gone and then at the box in his hand.
The name on top of the box was his name, more specifically, his magical girl name.
Ryuu decided to wait for the fairy to arrive before opening it.
