Austin was still in his imagination..
" I dislike the humans down there but since I have guaranteed my brother, I'm willing to do it". He mumbled and disappeared then reappeared at where he hurled his dagger and disappeared again winking at his brothers before succumbing.
He memorized again when he assassinated all of them but just a solitary demon who gnawed him on the leg and deactivated his powers.
He had slain that demon but it was too delinquent. All he recollected again was appearing in a forest where he struggled and circulated to what seemed like a big road and was again knocked down by a motorbike. It was raining at that night.
" So she is the one who knocked me down". He said and snorted in anger.
"Moon goddess, you should have waited and seen my victory before sending me down here into this noisy environment". He said.
He felt a gentle hand on his shoulder resigning him from his daydream.
" Mr. Man you can now come in". Safia mumbled and unlocked her arms.
" I'm not Mr. Man". He said and strutted up.
" Then what is your name!". She inquired and smiled.
( And why is she grinning all of a sudden?) He assumed and looked away before countering her.
" I'm Austin". He whispered and sauntered away.
" Hey, wait. Do you know where you are heading to!?". Safia screamed and sprinted after him.
She unlocked her door and they infiltrated.
" Welcome to my humble home.. Austin ". She said and hunched.
" Whatever ". He said and made himself comfortable in the davenport. Safia peeked at him and shrieked.
" mmm. Anyway you owe me $1800 for the hospital bill, after that the taxi we took. I paid all of it so I have allotted it into two you need to pay half now and is $2 and then your staying here will cost you $500 including the food and any other thing you will do". She explained.
Austin only contemplated her as a madwoman who just got frantic.
" And have you forgotten that you knocked me down last night?". He declared and took his eyes away from her, then looked around the possession. His eyes captured a portrait, hanged on the barricade.
They were glamorous girls with oval faces and dark penciled eyes, four of whom wore shimmering sea-green frowns as delicate as mist which fall to their ankles and brushed the ground. Each girl wore dangled gold earrings and beaded bracelets.
It was like a lineup of beauty queens minus the bikinis. One girl, who stood closer to their father wore a pale gold robe, gold eye shadow, and many more glittering bangles than her sisters.
"She could be her twin sister". He guessed as he sauntered closer to the portrait. He was virtually to touch it when Safia spanked his hands down.
" Don't touch it". She said and took the picture away from the wall.
" Where are they?". Austin asked unpredictable. Safia peeked at him with a depressing face.
She didn't replied him but preferably trotted away and reclined on her couch, lurking her face in one of the pillows.
( Why is she crying?) he assumed, and strutted there like a dumb.
" Hmm..they are all dead". She said and tears initiated running down her cheeks.
" What happened". He inquired.
" Is a long story and.." she said and paused.
" Why am I even telling you my privacy?". She asked and glared away.
" If you want, you can tell me. If not is okay". He mumbled and straddled beside her.
" The one, here ", She pointed at the one whom Austin implies to her as her twin.
" What has she done?". He asked.
" Hmm..she is Nafia my favorite sister on her wedding day". Safia explained to him.
" People think we are twins but she is two years older than me . Nafia and I were soo tight!".
"If she is only two years older than you how come she got married? Wasn't she too young?". He asked and Safia glanced at him.
" How do you know she was young? ". She asked.
"But you just said she is two years older than you and I speculate you had been 18 years old then and she must be 20 years then". He said.
Austin was a Lycan from the kingdom in the sky. He was very calculative and shrewd. Although the moon goddess abducted his passions of love and solace for anyone, he sometimes supposed it would be pessimistic for those who experience anguish in them.
"Hmm..you are right. You must be very calculative then". She said and chuckled. She then wiped away the cracks on her cheeks..
"Why did she got married?". Austin inquired, he wasn't even enthusiastic in any of what she was enunciated about.
But he wasn't doing anything so he guessed of maintaining a dialogue in supplementary to learn about each other. Safia proceeded and told him all that ensued to her family.
Austin found himself quietly listening to the girl he just met. He was listening to her as if he had known her for years...but they just met last night. He looked around a bit and then back to her.
