"Hey Jake,who's that girl on red top?" I asked Jake a question that I wished I could answer by myself.
Pointing his fingers at her,Jake said "umm,you mean the fatty over there?" This made everyone on our table start laughing.
"stop that Jake,why did you have to point your fingers at her and why are you all laughing?" I growled at Jake and the other guys sitting with us at the table.
Drew chipped in and said "look Adam,you don't want to go about messing with Bella,she's bad news" this made everyone laugh out again.
I was no longer interested in their reason for laughing anymore.My eyes were fixated on the girl across our table. I couldn't stop staring at her.
Then all of a sudden,I saw tears rolling down her cheeks,then she stood up and ran out of the cafeteria. "Lunch period isn't over yet,and besides, why did she start crying all of a sudden?" I asked myself in my mind.
"Is she sick or something?" I needed answers to this question and I needed to find the answers myself so I stood up from my chair and went after her just after her friend followed her too.
I saw her friend go into the ladies restroom so I assumed that is where Bella would be. I was about to go in before her friend ran into me,she was definitely furious and she gave me a very aggravating look and stormed away.
I was confused about what was going on. When I got inside the ladies restroom,I just stood,not knowing which door Bella was going to come out from. The door I was standing directly in front of opened and then Bella came to sight.
Looking at her real close was breathtaking. "You might probably be the most beautiful girl i have seen in my life" i said in my mind,not out loud.
I heard her say something and although I was concentrating on her lips, I didn't hear anything. I just kept watching her lips move.
Then she said something again and I still couldn't hear. Everything was just happening in slow motion. she was about to walk away before my mind got back to normal.
I held her hand and dragged back into the toilet she came out from and locked the door. I didn't know what I was doing,I wasn't thinking.
My body was just acting on its own will. I didn't feel any reluctance from her when I brought my face to hers. "Oh my God,should I kiss her?" I asked myself.
I really wanted to kiss but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Then I whispered in her ear and told her she was beautiful and she shouldn't cry.
I had a lot of other things to ask her but I opted not to ask. I opened the door and left the toilet. "Wow, what was that I just felt?" I said to myself as I left the toilet.
I went back to the classroom to get my bag, I needed to be somewhere else right now,Evelyn's place. I left school and went to see Evelyn. She is my drug dealer.
Evelyn dropped out of school and ran away from home at the age of 16. That is literally all I know about her and honestly,I don't wish to know more.
As long as she was able to sell me drugs when I needed them,we had no other problem. I started doing drugs when I was 15.
It was the only way to help myself forget about being the only son of Mr Graham Chadwick, the CEO and founder of Chadwick family company,the multi billion dollar company which I will eventually inherit one day.
All my life,I have never known what it felt like to be a normal kid. I have always lived by rules and principles.
Rules made by my father to groom me into becoming a 'perfect gentleman' who will one day inherit the family's business and wouldn't make a mess of it.
Although I have always made my opinion clear of not wanting anything to do with the company,it has always fallen on deaf ears. After the death of my mother five years ago.
My life got worse. She was the only person that made me feel human. She always treated me like a son,which was opposite to the way my dad always treated me.
I never liked my dad. In my last school,I never made real friends because my dad was always making sure I got special treatment in everything.
This didn't give a pretty image about me to the other students. I was always told that I was daddy's little boy who couldn't do anything for himself.
I tried speaking to my dad about it but of course,the great CEO of the Chadwick family company,never cares about petty things like that.
This made me intentionally start getting into troubles in the school and finally,it was eventually noticed by my dad. I got transferred to another school.
Valerian High school. It was a good school but not as exclusive as phoenix high school. In the middle of all the saga's in my life, Daniel popped up in my life.
Daniel was a student of phoenix high and he introduced me to drugs at that time. I found comfort in it and never stopped doing drugs since then.
After i left phoenix, i had to get a new dealer in valerian high but to my disappointment,i didn't find any. Then I had to ask around outside school. My search brought me to Evelyn.
Evelyn was into all kinds of drugs, marijuana,nicotine,heroin,cocaine. She had literally almost everything. She had the good stuff.
"Hey Adam,why are you here early today?" Evelyn asked me immediately as I entered her house. "Are you not going to at least offer me a chair to sit on?" I responded.
"Cmon baby boy,you know this is like your home too,I don't need to offer you anything," she said. "You can literally do anything you want," she added.
"You know I don't like telling you stuff about me," I said to her. She stood up from her seat and walked towards me.
"Baby,why are you always so cold towards me,am not your enemy,you know?"she said,putting her hands on my clothes and trying to unbutton my shirt.
I caught her hand and shoved them away from me and said "you know why i'm here". "Alright alright" she said,retracting herself back and went inside an inner room.
She came out a few seconds later and brought my crack and threw it at me. "On the house" she said.
"Look ev,this is the third time this week you are giving me drugs for free,i dont think it is a good idea" i said to her.
"Well,if you feel the need to pay,you could at least talk to me for once,i'll accept that as a permanent" she responded. "This girl must be crazy" I said to myself,not outloud. "Ummm alright,let's talk" I said to her.
