"Magus Societas... What is that?" Laemno asked.
Aquila slightly lowered his collar, revealing an eye-shaped seal with a nine-pointed star as a pupil.
After ensuring that Laemno took notice of it, he explained, "The Magus Societas is the regulatory body that designates imperial magi. In other words, it's the occult side of the Sethiae Imperium, deciding who can practice magecraft within the Empire."
