[Minamiya: Alright! We've chatted enough, so it's time to get to the point. I'm sure many of you can guess by now. Starting from early May, Another Dimension began working on something big, and today, I can finally announce it officially.
We will release the visual novel 'Fate/stay night' on June 1st!
And of course, this is a work that brings together all the power of Another Dimension.
After all, Yamada Elf-sensei and Senju Muramasa-sensei have made remarkable contributions to this work!
Finally, some mysterious surprises are waiting for you to discover!
Are you excited?
Thrilled?
Hyped?
No?
Oy, oy, oy! Who are you to say no?
Okay, enough joking.
On June 1st, you can purchase the digital copy on Another Dimension's website. As for the physical copy, make sure to visit Manke Bunko Stores in your locations. You won't miss it, right?]
After a moment of eerie silence, the internet erupted!
[Comment 1: OMG!]
[Comment 2: Damn bro, finallyyy!]
[Comment 3: TAKE MY MONEY ALREADY!]
[Comment 4: Okay, I'm totally speechless! Even though I was ready for it, seeing Minamiya-sensei drop the release date is still mind-blowing!]
[Comment 5: June 1st, and it's only three days away from today? It's really that close?!]
[Comment 6: Yup! We've been waiting forever, just watching Minamiya-sensei's updates with random bits of info, but they only showed character designs, names, and basic stuff.]
[Comment 7: But it doesn't seem like it's gonna be as emotional as Your Name.]
[Comment 8: Dude, you're jumping the gun! Haven't you read? We've got Senju-sensei and Yamada-sensei joining in, and Kasumi-sensei is also still around! Plus, did you check out Kani-sensei's debut work? I was totally moved by her story. I'm sure even if it's tackling different themes and genres, the emotional scenes will not disappoint.]
Just like this, it was a much more frantic conversation than during the 'Your Name.' period.
Elf and Sagiri were also frantically refreshing their browsers to see the endless comments.
Clearly, this excitement would likely continue until the game's release, reaching a peak before slowly tapering off.
*King called me to patrol the mountain~*
Hearing his phone ringing, Homura quickly picked it up.
"Homura-niisan! Congratulations! It's finally about to be released!"
Homura smiled.
"Mugi, you're really quick with the news."
"Um, it's not too bad... I keep an eye on you, so I get notifications for your updates."
Homura was aware, but she should be in class right now, right?
Did she play with her phones in class?
"By the way, Mugi, aren't you in class?"
"Now it's PE class, but we're skipping it."
'How should I put it... when she said that with such a soft voice, there was no sense of guilt at all...' Homura was speechless but impressed. 'But isn't skipping PE class pretty normal? When are the Light Music Club members not skipping something?'
Shaking his head, he spoke up.
"Skipping huh... that's very much in line with your style?"
Upon hearing this, the other three on the phone, who were listening to the conversation, suddenly felt embarrassed.
"By the way, can we come to visit you on Sunday?"
Tsumugi smoothly changed the topic.
"Of course." Homura agreed readily. "I've said to you before right, you can drop by anytime."
"Well, you've been pretty busy recently, and I just want to say that our song is already finished."
Tsumugi casually dropped a bombshell, leaving Homura shocked.
"Finished?!" Homura's voice suddenly raised several octaves. "When did you finish it?!"
Tsumugi pondered for a moment before answering.
"About a week ago, I think? Yesterday, Sawa-chan-sensei even gave Yui-chan some special training."
"Why didn't you tell me earlier?!"
Homura was both exasperated and astonished.
He thought they would take their sweet time to create 'Fuwa Fuwa Time', but he didn't expect them to finish it so quickly.
'Wait? If there's a twist this time, will it still be Fuwa Fuwa Time?' Homura pondered another possibility.
"But it's because you've been busy. Plus, once it's composed, we'll still need to practice it..." Tsumugi explained.
Homura sighed and reluctantly accepted the explanation.
"Sure, you want to come over on Sunday to perform it?"
"Yep, we've already agreed with everyone, and it just so happens that the day before is the game's release date. Everyone should be able to get together pretty easily, right?" Tsumugi replied with a cheerful tone.
During their return, they had vowed that when they completed their first song, they would perform it for everyone.
"I see..." Homura nodded, even though they couldn't see him. "Alright, I'll inform Saori and the others, but... I'm not sure about Kaguya..."
Thinking about the head of the Shinomiya family, Homura's head began to ache.
After all, there was no way to pressure that old man, and he couldn't be easily convinced. In Homura's mind, he was an incredibly stubborn boomer.
Tsumugi frowned, understanding Homura's dilemma.
With such a father, Kaguya was often kept away from her friends, and those she could interact with were from the so-called 'upper echelons' of society. Anyone with a lower status than the Shinomya family was strictly off-limits.
"Hahhh..." Homura sighed. "Anyway, we'll figure something out when the time comes. You all should still come on Sunday."
"Um, we have to go now since our class is ending. So, I'm going to hang up."
"Wait, Mugi-chan!" Yui interrupted.
"What's up, Yui-chan?" Tsumugi asked, puzzled.
Yui leaned closer to Tsumugi's phone and called out.
"Homuhomu-senpai, don't forget to prepare the tea eggs you promised me! I've been craving them for so long, but Mugi-chan and Mio-chan won't let me get in touch with you!"
Her words were filled with a sense of grievance.
Mio stared at Yui with a dark expression but didn't say anything.
Upon hearing Yui's words, Homura didn't know whether to laugh or cry, so he reassured her.
"Don't worry, I'll definitely have them ready for you."
"Yatta! Thank you so much, Homuhomu-senpai!"
As Yui finished, Tsumugi took over the phone.
"Alright, Homura-niisan, see you later."
"Yeah, see you later."
After hanging up, Homura suddenly slapped his own face.
"Crap... I forgot to ask about the song's title..."
Nonetheless, he shrugged it off in the end.
"Oh well, this way, the hype will be even higher. I'll find out eventually."
Kaguya's situation had shifted his focus, causing him to forget to ask the song title.
However, soon after, Homura's phone rang again.
Looking at the caller's name on the phone display, Homura shook his head with a wry smile.
"You really do have perfect timing, don't you..."
