Knowing the result, Eriri's expression remained unchanged.
Character design was her strong suit, and losing might have left her feeling down, but winning? Wasn't that only natural?
Homura didn't need to say anything further. The main character design belonged to Eriri, while Sagiri could choose two character designs that suited her. Mashiro and Izumi could consider taking on side characters.
"Next! Megumi and Nanami, you're sticking to the same tasks. Megumi and I will handle the game coding as always, while Nanami will continue as the voice actor."
Megumi and Nanami both nodded.
"Hmm..." Homura thought for a moment and continued. "We should also notify Muse."
However, there was no need to rush for that. Just need to find some time in the next few days to inform them. Although they might not get much rest because of this.
"Next, we need to inform Kosaka Akane." Homura scratched his head. "Nah, let's wait until we've made some progress to tell her."
At this moment, they were still in the planning stages. It wouldn't be wise to inform her at this point; who knows what she might think.
"Yosh! The task assignments are settled."
"Wait!" Eriri interrupted. "What about the music?"
"That would be me of course." Homura said matter-of-factly. "It can only be me, right?"
"Didn't we talk about having Maki help with that?" Utaha asked.
"Maki is under a lot of pressure on her end. I'll get her input after I've made some progress."
Everyone nodded as they remembered that Maki was responsible for all of Muse's music. Not everyone could be as freak and perverted as Homura!
"Can't wait?" Homura looked at Muramasa and felt she was eager.
"Uhh, no..." Muramasa gently shook her head, her face turning slightly red.
"Oh, c'mon, don't be shy. If you can't wait, just say so."
Elf went up to Muramasa, trying to get closer, much to her annoyance!
The rest of the group exchanged glances and couldn't help but laugh. Muramasa's feelings were written all over her face; she just couldn't admit it.
However, her passion for interesting works was something even Utaha and the others found hard to imagine, despite their shared love for interesting works.
"Since you can't wait..." Homura shook his head. "Let's start early. We'll go to the activity room. Your work desk is ready, and Nayu and Izumi can go home today."
"Um, Minamiya-kun, I'm not..." Muramasa began softly.
"Alright, alright!" Elf said irritably. "We're starting early, that's all that matters. No need to say anything else."
Izumi didn't mind, but Nayuta objected.
"No way! That's sly, Senpai! Why can't I stay!"
Megumi quickly stepped forward and put her hand on Nayuta's shoulder.
"Nayu-chan, it's already late, the people at your home might worry."
Nayuta's face wrinkled in thought, but she shook her head.
"I'll call home then... I'll pack some things tomorrow during the day."
Homura and Megumi exchanged a glance and shook their heads. What could they do if she was so determined?
"What about you, Izumi?" Homura asked Izumi.
Izumi thought for a moment, then answered.
"I should probably call home too..."
Plans changed fast.
They had originally planned for tomorrow, but as soon as tasks were assigned, Muramasa started getting restless. They couldn't just forbid her to write when she was in this condition, right?
After all, when someone gets motivated, inspiration will be abundant, and the result of their work is best at that moment.
After Nayuta finished calling home and her editor, Homura asked.
"By the way, Nayu, where do you plan to sleep? My place or Elf's?"
"I want to stay at Senpai's!" Nayuta's eyes sparkled!
The girls rolled their eyes, feeling that his question was pointless. Of course, she would want to stay wherever he was!
"Nayu, come with me and Nanami." Mashiro said, holding Nayuta's hand.
"Is that okay?" Homura glanced at Nanami and then at Nayuta.
Nanami smiled.
"Of course, I have no problem with that! Even if Mashiro and I share the room, it still feels spacious."
Mashiro ruffled Nayuta's hair, and a flicker of gratitude flashed in Nayuta's eyes as she nodded.
Homura looked relieved; Mashiro must have been quite concerned about Nayuta. After the incident at Fumino's place, he had talked to Mashiro and Nanami about it, and Nanami had nearly burst into tears. Mashiro's expression seemed unchanged, but in her heart, she cared deeply for Nayuta.
The Minamiya residence was large, and for most people, sleeping in a room alone wouldn't be a problem. But for Nayuta, it would be quite lonely and uncomfortable.
That was why Mashiro suggested sharing a room with her.
"Izumi-chan, you'll stay with me..." Megumi said, taking Izumi's hand and glancing at Homura.
Homura nodded.
"That's settled then. Let's all head to the activity room. It's not just Muramasa's work desk; Nayu's work desk is also—"
"Senpai!" Nayuta suddenly exclaimed while raising her hand, interrupting him.
"Hmm? What is it?" Homura asked.
"I'm the type who can't write while wearing clothes!" Nayuta blurted out with confidence.
"..."
Everyone fell silent.
Homura's eye twitched uncontrollably.
He had unconsciously ignored Nayuta's peculiar habit!
He had assumed that she had developed this unique habit due to special circumstances, so he hadn't paid much attention all this time. Was it actually an innate thing?
""What the heck?!"" Eriri, Elf, and Utaha were baffled.
"How can someone have such a habit?!"
"Umu! Umu!" Sagiri's little head bobbed continuously.
"I don't know..." Nayuta looked innocent. "I just can't write while wearing clothes."
"Not even a little bit?" Nanami couldn't help but ask.
"Nope, not at all." Nayuta shook her head with a smile.
The girls stared at Nayuta with solemn expressions.
"What should we do? If it were just us girls, it would be one thing, but..." Utaha frowned.
"But I'm here too, right?" Homura rolled his eyes.
"It's okay!" Nayuta grinned. "I have no objections as long as Senpai is present! In fact, I've always wanted... Mwehehehe..."
""No!""
The girls exclaimed at the same time.
"There are only two options now..." Megumi said, unusually serious. "One is to have Nayu-chan write in another room."
"Ehh? I feel like I'm being excluded..." Nayuta said pitifully.
Megumi sighed.
"Then let's go with the second option. Homura-kun can work outside the activity room."
"I feel like I'm being excluded too, y'know..." Homura shrugged.
"Nayu is only fourteen, for god's sake!" Utaha exclaimed while her forehead veins throbbed.
Her meaning was evident in her expression—Did you really want to stay in a room with a naked fourteen-year-old girl?
"I'm fourteen too y'know!" Elf said with a displeased expression.
"Um..." Izumi nodded, signaling that she was also fourteen.
"Etto... I'm fourteen too..." Muramasa added, observing the situation.
Utaha felt like her ace card had been rendered useless.
"Yeah, I'm just a kid, so it's fine, right?"
In this chaotic moment, Nayuta suddenly asserted that with confidence. However, Eriri quickly walked up to her and stared her down.
"No matter what you say, it's absolutely NOT-O-KAY!"
Feeling immense pressure, Nayuta instinctively took a step back.
