While Raon and his alliance were heading toward the Elven Forest, the Human Emperor wasn't sitting idle. He was inside a war meeting with his allies. Unknown to everyone inside, even the Human Emperor, the Spirit Envoy was recording everything for their enemies. The Human emperor started the official first war meeting.
