"Ready?" Elizabeth willed mana into her katana while staring at her opponent who had taken on a unique stance.
They both charged at each other and their swords met with a force that could shake the heavens if it wasn't for the training hall's powerful structure. They exchanged powerful strikes without holding back and the ground beneath their feet started to crack due to the mana the two produced.
They jumped away from each other and Elizabeth sliced through the air to create a fiery red slash of flames that Eris cut in half with her sword.
Elizabeth then shot herself forward after willing mana into both her legs. To Eris, she looked like she had just vanished.
She used her sound magic to detect her movements and jumped out of the way before her opponent fell from the sky and dug her fist into the wooden floor.
She smirked. "I never thought of you as the brutal apprentice." She prepared her next spell.
