It was only after a while that Jiang Chengxuan realized that the Heavenly Immortal Proto-World contained most of the primordial energy seized by the Avatar of the Calamity. For example, the primordial and chaotic energies in the space where Jiang Chengxuan and his allies fought the Calamity Avatar—those energies were now contained within the Heavenly Immortal Proto-World.
It appeared that, at the end of that battle, the Heavenly Immortal Proto-World instinctively absorbed all those energies, making them part of itself. However, due to the presence of the Calamity Blade and its fusion with Jiang Chengxuan's fractured Inner World, all the power that had been taken by the Heavenly Immortal Proto-World ultimately became his to use.
