War, it changes the way people think and feel especially those located in the kingdom of Hoiteron. The kingdom had been on the losing side of a three year war and was facing many casualties. Struggling to find an answer to their problem, Torim Atozuma, the king requested help from his younger brother, Kasuge, who was keeper of all Hoiteron history. Kasuge had read of a well that grants the user a single wish, and his wish was to grant their kingdom the power to win the war. The power, however, was super human abilities different for each person.

With the new powers obtained the tides of war did as well. In only four months after making the wish, the Hoiteron kingdom had not only won their war, but taken over the eight surrounding kingdoms. Dividing the new kingdom into nine districts, sadly Torim was not named king due to him being killed in the last battle. Instead his brother Kasuge was given the crown and finally peace took over the land, however no one knew that their price for peace would be too much to bear.
