Rui started awake as someone slapped her.
Instinctively she rolled back, trying to kick them away and feeling her foot connect, sending her backward before she crunch-flipped herself to a stand. She opened her eyes and blinked away her drowsiness rapidly, fists ready and claws out-
"Finn?!" she coughed. Her mouth was dry, which probably meant she'd been snoring again. "Why the hells did you slap me?"
"You weren't waking up when I called out," he grimaced, massaging his stomach. Maya was in the room too, pacing as she chewed her thumb. Beyond the open door, a pair of their guards jogged past.
"What's-"
"Someone knocked everyone out last night. We don't know how. Yue's missing," Finn interrupted rapidly.
