Even at midnight, the construction in Linan never ceased.
The policy behind the city's construction had been simple but effective. Apartment buildings and distribution centers went up first, followed by streets and then permanent structures.
Because the city had a unified construction aesthetic from its Siveronian and Aviyan architects, the majority of superstructures for the buildings were manufactured away from the city in massive yards that mixed concrete, shaped wood, and forged steel.
The prefabricated parts were then shipped to the city for arrangement before being faced by construction crews in either the common form or some more exotic designs according to the blueprints of the city planners.
