What the hells was Rui doing?
Maya wondered that to herself as she sat in the back of the taxi she'd hired to follow the taxi Rui had taken.
She'd been gazing out at the city's bright lights when she saw a flash of red hair and the signature black dress uniform of the ALF. Had Rui not paid attention when Zai said they should never go out alone?
Not wanting Rui to get in trouble, but also not wanting her to hog all the fun, Maya had tried to catch up, but between taking the stairs for twelve floors and getting out the door, she arrived just in time to see Rui's cab pull away.
Fortunately there were plenty of cabs nearby, and she chose one near the front of the line to start her pursuit.
