Amri
After a long moment to think, Amri sighed. "I don't understand that either."
"Perhaps you'll live long enough to," Shenmi said. "All I know is, we are coming to the end of what Mea could predict with certainty. The furthest point at which she knew history would diverge either towards a slow death or a new beginning."
"What happens next, then?" Amri asked.
Shenmi looked to Shiza, and Shiza nodded. Turning back to Amri, Shenmi spoke. "Understand that when Mea saw the future, she wasn't always able to locate when something would happen in time. Just so, she was never able to identify specific figures outside of those who lived with her in the present. What I show you next might have already happened, or it might be about to happen. If the latter, it will be up to you to decide how to deal with it."
