Amri
"Gods, lady, you hit hard," Kwon said as he gathered himself up from the mat.
Amri hadn't meant to punch him into the wall, but she was feeling distracted this morning and forgot she wasn't sparring Zai. A moment's lack of modulation was all it took to put too much power into her strike, a simple front palm that plowed through Kwon's block.
Fortunately, Kwon seemed fine, even though she could feel that she'd exhausted his qi.
"You haven't focused on your defenses," Amri noted. "I apologize," she reached out a hand, helping him to his feet.
"Usually my defense is getting out of the way," he replied, "but you're way too fast for that."
