Without further warning, the woman swung the scythe horizontally in an arc.
Tristan jumped to the side, avoiding the blade by mere centimeters. A loud crack rang out as the scythe struck the wall, leaving a large dent in its surface.
"You don't stand much of a chance, lady!" Tristan snarled. "It looks like you need some training. How about we make a deal?"
The woman stopped mid-swing, narrowing her eyes as she glared at Tristan. She clenched her jaw and gritted her teeth as she spoke, "What do you want?"
Tristan grinned and gestured toward himself. "You see, my life is pretty boring right now. Why don't we have a little fun?"
She narrowed her eyes even more. "Fun? What kind of fun?"
Tristan shrugged and said, "Whatever you like."
