Chapter 51 - Chapter 49- Reunion...

Jinah was overwhelmed with emotions of peace and this familiar warmth which she felt after so long that she wasn't able to hold her tears.

To see her mother smiling at Jinah, to hear her voice and experience her warmth was something Jinah always hoped to occur yet didn't have much expectancy revolving around it.

Yet here she was.

"I *sniff* missed you, Mom..."

Jinah muttered as she wiped her tears while still resting her head on her mother's shoulder.

"I can see that. Well, you have seemed grown up in such a short period."

If not for her Oppa informing her mother already how long it has been since she fell into a slumber, Jinah would have thought that her mother didn't know how long she wasn't been around them to watch the sibling grow.

"You think so? This girl still has a habit to laze around the whole day without a care in the world-hey! Be careful!" Jin-Woo reprimanded the girl who was foolishly flailing her arm to hit her brother.

"Shut up, Oppa! I have grown mature so stop judging recreational activities by those biased eyes of yours."

Jinah retorted earning a giggle from her mother.

However, soon she regretted saying those words since an evil grin spread on her brother's lips which Jinah already knew what was about.

"Talking about maturity, do you know mom-"Before Jin-Woo could have said anything further, Jinah interrupted with a higher tone.

"Oppa! Not! Now!"

Jinah hissed since this wasn't the time to speak about those matters. Jinah does want to introduce her mother to Haru but right now, she has just woken up and who knows how would she take this knowledge regarding Jinah dating someone out of the blue.

Jin-Woo brought his hand over her head to make the child stop her tantrum. Meanwhile, the mother of the two watched the sibling bantering with a warm gaze. This was something she missed and was glad to see that her children have grown well and still were on good terms.

"Uh, how long it would take-"Jinah was about to ask when they could take their mother back home when suddenly Jin-Woo raised his hand in a gesture for her to be quiet.

Jin-Woo's eyes narrowed since he felt the air toward their left, shifting, and true to his last moment alarming premonition, the figure of a familiar young man suddenly emerged out of nowhere.

"Ah, sorry for intruding." The only person who Jin-Woo still couldn't detect entirely until the person himself doesn't allow to, rubbed the back of his head and spoke in an apologetic tone.

"H-Haru?"

Park Kyung-Hye could see the hysteria her daughter was going through upon witnessing the young man which tells more than Jin-Woo could have previously informed.

Jinah hurriedly got up from the bed and spoke in a panicking tone, "I-I...umm...you are here let m-" It was indeed surprising to see Haru here but now that he was already in front of her mother, Jinah was not going to back down.

Although she wanted to make it more formal, she wouldn't reject the opportunity by making some excuses as well.

But suddenly Haru shook his head and with a smile rejected her kindness, "Not now Jinah. We would get much time for that but for now..."

As Haru spoke, he intervened with his fingers and slapped the rear end of his palms together.

Some runic symbols in a circular form, emerged on the floor before someone appeared out of nowhere.

"Ah..." It was Kyung-Hye who exclaimed with her eyes widening since the vacant space beside the boy named Haru was now occupied by a similar person whom Kyung-Hye could recognize even amongst millions of people.

Even Jin-Woo who generally remains calm-headed and composed could be seen in a state of denial upon realizing the identity of the person.

About Jinah...then, Haru had a hard time resisting the urge to take a picture of her adorable shocked face.

Regardless, Haru knew it was not the place he should remain since despite being accepted by Jinah, this moment was particularly devoted for these four people to cherish.

Without any further ado, he walked out.

'Well, for now, I should stay around... ' Haru decided that it would be safe to be around the place since Jin-Woo didn't have much great impression of his father. And considering that Il-Hwan was now merely an A-rank hunter, Haru might have to step in if things go south all of a sudden.

But fortunately, everything went fine.

[Haru's POV:]

'Haaa~What should I do now?'

Walking on the streets with my face covered I enjoyed the night sky while contemplating what should I do.

Jinah was busy with her family and it was justifiable since it has been years since the sibling has talked with their parents. I should give her some space for the time being.

It must be unbelievably shocking for her to not only see her mother awaken but also the father they thought to have disappeared ten years ago, was now in front of them, alive and healthy.

I checked on Amanai and Kuroi and found they both have already fallen asleep and surprisingly my house seemed a lot cleaner than before. Maybe, a way for Kuroi to thank me?

At least they seemed to be liking the place and seems to be a little less apprehensive about this whole new world they were thrown into.

"Now that I think about it...shouldn't I start recruiting some dope-ass monsters for myself as well?"

The problem with the monsters I would enslave resides in their size. Unlike Sunbae I couldn't carry them in my shadow that was why I haven't begun hunting until now.

'But still...lifeless monsters would be way better than sending hunters in the dungeons... '

I don't know how people would view my idea of sending my enslaved monsters into the dungeon to preserve human life. It was not that I was infected by some hero syndrome, rather I wanted to keep the death count to the minimum so a certain person doesn't think of reverting everything.

I could think of selling them to the guilds which may require high-ranking monsters as their reinforcement but setting up the company, taking permission from the Korean Association to let the loose dungeon dwellers and other formalities would take ages.

And I am not really a guy who likes paperwork and stuff. At all.

'Hmmm...well, let's grind for now... ' Lost in choices, I began searching for some undiscovered dungeons to end the day with some blood and gore.

A/N: - It was a short chapter since I am going to begin the Jeju Island arc from the next chapter.

I might drop the chapter tomorrow if only I see the three hundred counts filling up.

Drop a comment if you are hyped~
