The world of EssaTerra is beautiful. The legend goes that EssaTerra was built by God-King Rudaliz and Goddess-Queen Lusamina. In the creation of the world, the Goddess-Queen created the 'Meus', the essence of soul and magic while the God-King created the 'Povus', the essence of life and embodiment of physical being. In the ancient tongue, Meus and Povus roughly translate to 'Mana' and 'Ki or Kai/Chi' respectively. Mana is the source of Magic in the world, and Ki, or Kai/Chi, is the source of pushing the body to its physical limit. With the harmony of Meus and Povus, the God King and Queen created and birthed all manners of life. They created the world in the likeness and image of their imagination and modeled the structure of the world with peace and order.
All was good and is at peace until an entity called the 'Falzath' invades the world of EssaTerra, consuming and corrupting everything and anything that it touches. The God King and Queen did not create the Falzath, but rather, it was birthed by the dark reaches of the Abyss, seeking to destroy the gods and their creation. The Abyss's existence is unknown and the God King and Queen do not know where it came from or how it came to be.
With the combined powers of the God-King and the Goddess-Queen, they repel and vanquish the Falzath, but the Falzath's essence was integrated into the world, creating all manners of evil. The world that the King and Queen made is slowly corrupting. To stop it, they also have integrated themselves, their will, and their powers into the world, birthing EssaTerra anew, making this the current world. The King and Queen are still alive, still fighting Falzath in the form of the inhabitants, fighting the forces of Falzath called the 'Falspawn'. The God King and Queen split themselves and made gods, fairly distributing their powers to the world, preventing the Abyss from corrupting it further, and fighting the constant battle for peace.
In this world, Magic and Technological Marvel goes hand in hand, making it a place where there's Nature, but also technological marvels like Airships and guns are at present. Various resources and materials are made using the tools that were given to them. There are manners of creatures, various races, and species residing in EssaTerra, with Human beings being the most populous race in the world.
For eons, there are various renditions of EssaTerra, all being in danger and on the verge of getting destroyed by Falzath, but is saved by the God-King and Queen and resets the World to a New Era. The ancients wish that the battle will end and achieve eternal peace again. That is their wish. Now, a New Era rises and Falzath is once again getting more active, creating chaos and discord in its wake.
