On the outskirts of Máville, there was a place called Spiritcross Hill. Elliot and Hayes cautiously made their way into the hill, the once lush green foliage now long gone, replaced by eerie stillness and deathly silence.
The sky above was a deep shade of crimson, casting an ominous glow over the surroundings. As they ventured further, they began to notice an increasing number of dead crows strewn haphazardly among the dead foliage.
Some of them had clearly been here for quite some time, while others looked freshly deceased. The sight was truly horrifying; these were no ordinary deaths, and it was clear that a dark force was at work.
"What happened here?" Elliot asked, his eyes scanning the scene with horror as he held a serious expression.
"It looks like some kind of spell," Hayes replied, his tone serious and solemn. "I read about something like this in one of my books. " It's called a 'death curse'."
