"Yeah, well, it's not every day you catch me off guard," she replied, playfully rolling her eyes. Zaiden's laughter filled the air, and their banter created a comfortable atmosphere between them.
"You don't have to hide it, you know. That blush looks good on you," he whispered sincerely, making her cheeks turn even redder.
"I guess we should be more careful exploring these ancient ruins," she said with a slight laugh, her voice still shaky from the incident.
