Raphael's heart trembled as that ancient aura reached him. He felt as though he was nothing but an ant being watched by a mighty elephant.
The entire space became unstable as Gudra bathed in the warm silver glow that radiated from his body.
His wings grew longer and sharper, and so did his talons.
Raphael felt the surrounding space tighten, and breathing in itself became a hard task.
Despite him having an affinity for wind, he still found it difficult to use the wind in this space. It was as though his control over them had been snatched away from him.
'Space is eternal.' Gudra mumbled inwardly, and he suddenly opened his eyes.
Two blocks of light vanished from his eyes and appeared right on the chest of Raphael.
''Arghh!'' Raphael let out a painful cry, as his robe was burnt and his sternum could be seen openly. Most of the bones and flesh covering his chest had all melted.
