Jerouch's gaze remained locked in a particular direction as he watched a behemoth leave the river it was hiding most of his body.
The water had reached Jerouch's waist at that point, but it seemed that the monster had some innate ability that could make him hide his large body underwater.
The monster's body was about six metres big. Its hard skeleton could even be felt without touching it.
Six yellow eyes attached to several parts of the body looked at Jerouch with derision and annoyance as the iris moved left and right, not stopping on Jerouch for that long.
It had eight, long, flexible, black tentacles, and they occasionally hit the river, sending deep splashes everywhere.
The creature's dark skin and yellow eyes didn't coincide with its environment, as Jerouch had previously thought that it would have blue skin.
Two thick blades of water compressed around two tentacles of the monster, and it flung them forward like kites.
