Suzume kurosaga a 15 year old boy living a ordinary life. He wakes up at 6 o'clock. Eats breakfast; goes to his school. He was living a perfectly normal life until that 'Fateful' Day.
Going to school walking on a busy road. an old grandma was passing the road and there was a truck overloaded with failed brakes was coming down the road just meters away from hitting the old women suku (everyone calls the Mc by this name) didn't think of anything just jumped on the road to save the old lady. He saved the old lady and unfortunately got severely wounded

After 2 months suku wakes up with a dizzy head in a hospital room. He was in coma for 2 month's.....
