David felt like he was in a fairy tale. He had no idea which one, but it was definitely one of those where everything was joyful and beautiful and they lived happily ever after.
Happily ever after - that's how he felt, like he was on a honeymoon where no problems concerned him and the only thing that mattered was the man he woke up and fell asleep to.
They lived in a wooden, relatively small house, but situated in such a beautiful place that it took his breath away. From one window there was a view of the rocky coast and beyond it of a dazzling bay and the open sea... Oh, what a breathtaking view! The view from the window on the other side of the house was meadows and then majestic mountains, the peaks of which seemed to reach the sky. Granted, maybe these mountains weren't as high as the Himalayas, but for David, who had never been to either the sea or the mountains, this place was like half the world seen at once. If only his parents could see this!
