"David, wait a minute!"
David looked around and stopped. Richard was almost running toward him. David furrowed his brow. What could this guy want from him?
"Listen, I really feel stupid about how Greg behaved and..." Richard smiled apologetically. "I really don't want you to have only bad memories of this city. I understand you're tired, so I won't drag you around the clubs, but I bet you haven't had dinner yet. And after all, we have to eat. So why don't you agree to let me invite you to a really good restaurant?"
Dinner... That sounded tempting. Expecting a feast at a Thai restaurant, David hadn't had a big lunch and was just starting to get hungry. But that didn't mean he was about to go to dinner with a virtually complete stranger.
