Lord Fate was safely transported to the second floor without touching the ground. He stood there, shocked by what had transpired.
"System! What is this? When did I acquire such skills?" he wondered to himself.
"These are emergency functions on your Reaper's robe host. There are numerous additional functions. Did you assume the stylish robe was purely for you to show off?" the System replied.
Lord Fate was taken aback. He had no clue that the robe had hidden abilities. He decided to explore the robe further and learn its secrets later.
"Okay, does the robe have functions for me to ascend?" Lord Fate inquired.
"Yes, host, there are two functions available for your current rank. Soaring Celestia Bulwark helps the Reaper to float within the Divine Shield Celestial Bulwark, requiring mental focus and divine power control to maneuver the shield. Hoverwalk helps the Reaper to walk on air with ease, as if they were walking on the ground."
