Prologue

Zenith, a world that is 100 times the size of Earth. Lightning strikes the west as the heavens themselves bore long-lasting rage towards it. Within seconds, many mountains and seas are destroyed, leaving scorched earth behind. The person who sent out the lightning lay comfortably on a bed of clouds filled to the brim with lightning arcs, his pinky finger digging his ears, removing the wax. On the east of Zenith, a giant monstrous hand emerges, and with a single grabbing gesture, the eastern part of the planet is broken like a cookie, leaving only crumbs to float in the space of the universe. In the south, corpses lay to infinity, dried up as all the blood and vitality have been sucked dry from any living creature, be it an ant or behemoth. A giant sword appears in the north, giving rise to miniature swords of infinite numbers, with each sword harvesting hundreds of heads. A giant snake spews its saliva on the northeastern side, corroding that part of the planet with its poisonous acid. The southwestern part of Zenith is met with a zombie apocalypse, turning every living creature into brainless zombies. The northwestern part is turned into a sea of lava that gives off heat hotter than the sun. The southeastern part of the planet is completely frozen with ice, leaving behind millions of beautiful ice statues that any artist could drop their jaw seeing the life-like creation. Billions and billions of souls are released from the planet at that moment. Half of the souls are looted to become eternal slaves for a necromancer, while the other half is turned to become dan materials for an alchemist. Giant eyes and brains appear out of nowhere and scan the whole planet, registering and accumulating all the knowledge of Zenith from its origins up until the present. Finally, only the Zenith core is left behind.

Slave with multiple hands: "This time, the core will be mine. I will use it to spice up my wine."

Slave with the most handsome looks: "Keep dreaming. I am turning it into an important ingredient for my new food recipe."

Slave with a lot of wealth: "Jeez, don't be like this. Just give it to me. I can sell it for a better price.

" Slave with godly aura: "Trade me all the karma from this planet, okay?"

"Who did this? Who did this to my lovely planet?!" the God of Zenith roared with rage, seeing the miserable state of his planet. After all, his existence would be of no meaning if Zenith were destroyed. Suddenly, multiple black ropes emerged in the space surrounding the God of Zenith. His hands, legs, and neck were tied to the ends of the ropes, and multiple hands controlled the ropes, making the God of Zenith a puppet and dance for their will. The God of Zenith tried with all of his power to get out of the binds but lost all his hope when met with the cruelest smile of the owner who controlled the ropes.

The overseer: "You guys are at it again? I just asked you to punish the God of Zenith a little for his mistake of evading taxes for millions of years. Look what you have done now, wiping out Zenith's existence for your fun."

Slave with wolf ears: "No problem, Lord Overseer. If you want, I can just twist time and space and bring Zenith back to existence again."

Overseer: "Just leave it like that. No one is going to care about this small planet."

Slave with horns: "Lord Overseer, can you tell me where our boss is? He has a meeting with the upper gods of heaven and hell today."

Slave with majestic appearance: "Yes, where did he go? He promised to accompany me on a vacation to Universe No. 96708."

Overseer: "He is in the palace of the God of Death. You know that guy has been under the belief that no one can kill him, saying 'I am Death itself, and there is no death for me..."

At the same time, in the palace of the God of Death, Thanos, Yama, Pluto, Hades, and other lower gods working under the God of Death stood on the sidelines without moving a fiber of their bodies, fearing that it would annoy the person seated on the throne. On the throne sat a small figure with a black hooded robe with fine magical golden patterns embroidered on it. His cheeks rested on his left hand, which was kept on the hand rest of the throne. A dangerous golden glow could be seen in his lethargically opened eyes. Before him kneeled the God of Death with petrified eyes as a big golden scythe lay on his neck.

"Do you still think there is no death for you?" questioned the figure in a low voice that could pierce the spine of all the gods present there.

"No...nooo..no..your eminence.... I regret my mistake. So please this time...just once," the God of Death pleaded with his broken voice. He could see his own future on the sharp blade of the scythe.

"Am I capable of granting you death?" the figure on the throne asked again.

"Yes, definitely, after all, you were the one who killed my predecessor. I have not been in my right mind recently, my lord. Please forgive this lowly being. I am ready to take on any punishment," he cried, grasping at his last strand of chance.

"Itch, Such a coward," said the figure disgustedly and then threw a piece of paper in front of the God of Death. "A contract of slavery for a billion years under me. Sign it," he ordered.

The God of Death scrambled to his feet, as if his whole life depended on it, and signed the paper. He looked like a beggar going for food after not eating for a week.

The figure in the throne disappeared after retrieving the signed contract, saying "The Overseer will contact you soon."

The God of Death let out a relieved sigh, having been relieved of the pressure that was greater than death itself. He never in his wildest dreams wished to become prey for that reaper's scythe, for he knew it would be a worse fate than death itself.
