Delaney's eyes widened like f**k as Mavis lips continued staying on hers.
She got a great urge to push him away and slap him, but she held herself back and held her breath at the same time.
Her studentship is at stake here, so she stayed and started responding though her breathing was still on hold
Dylan continued holding the door, his hand shaking on the knob.
Madelyn was still smiling, just what she wants Dylan to see.
Mavis broke the kiss slowly and looked at Delaney affectionately before facing Mrs Gregor who was still looking astounded.
"Is this enough evidence?" He asked, and she kept mute.
"Don't ever talk about expelling her anymore, it's bullshit" he said and grabbed Delaney's hand, taking her out instantly.
As they walked past Dylan, his eyes met with Delaney's and they kept the eye contact till she went out of sight.
Madelyn was still smiling as she walked to Mrs Gregor and sat on her desk.
"No matter how much I think about it, you don't deserve to be with my dad, you can do nothing for me, you can never amount to my late mum" she smirked.
"Don't ever compare me to your late mum!" Mrs Gregor shouted back.
"What?, Did you kill her so you could have my dad?, Maybe you've been dating my dad secretly even before her death" Madelyn said, and Mrs Gregor's eyes widened.
"What!"
"Isn't it obvious?, My mum died six months ago and you're already planning wedding with my dad, isn't it that the height of shamelessness?, You're just as brainless as your smoker son, and the fact is that I can never like you!!!" Madelyn shouted.
"Get out of my office!" Mrs Gregor ordered, and she laughed.
"You think I'm happy to be here?, You might just spray the office with poison so I can inhale it and die, then you can have my dad to yourself right?" She said, and Mrs Gregor started shaking with anger.
Madelyn came closer and stood right in front of her.
"You can never kill me like you killed my mother" She spat and pushed her back to her seat.
"Killer, mother of a smoker, what a family" Madelyn muttered before walking out of the office.
Mrs Gregor got her phone immediately, she dialled Mr Stewart's line.
"Hey honey!" Mr Stewart's voice boomed.
"We need to meet now!, Now!" She shouted.

"What did you do again?" Delaney asked when she got to the rooftop with Mavis.
"I was just help...
"I don't like it!, I'm not a slut who can just get kissed by anyone at anytime Mavis!, It was creepy and sudden and unexpected and...
"I'm sorry" Mavis cut her off, and she gulped nothing.
"Sorry for kissing you without my permission, sorry for even telling my mum that you're my girlfriend at first, all these is my fault but the fact it, she'd really expell you if i hadn't done those things, she's really desperate for ways to be on Madelyn's good side so you should know she'd do anything for her unless I interfere, I'm just using the son card but I'm sorry if it's in the wrong way, the kiss never happened ok?" He said, and she sighed without replying.
He went closer and held her shoulders.
"I'm sorry, please forgive me" he said softly, and she eventually nodded.
"It's ok"
"Are you sure?"
"I'm fine now" she replied, and he smiled before stroking her hair gently.
"Thanks, miss s*xy" he said, and she smiled.
"Thanks for yesterday once again, I don't know what to do if you keep saving me like this" she said.
"Date me" he replied, and she laughed.
"Go for comedy, your jokes are funny" she said, and he smiled.
"Really?"
"See ya in class!" She smiled and made to leave, but he held her back.
"Did you go for checkup?, The bastard hit your back yesterday" he said.
"I did, thanks for worrying" she smiled, and he released her.
She climbed down and he sighed, bringing out a box of cigarettes and his lighter.
The lighter has a hibiscus flower branded on it, and he smiled as he stared at it.
He eventually picked a cigar and lightened it, then he smoked quietly while thinking about just one thing.... The kiss.
"Her lips" he muttered.

"So what happened?" Paisley asked immediately Delaney came back.
"Mavis saved me again" she smiled, sitting between the girls.
"Why can't you just fall for this guy and date already?, I initially don't like him but right now he's the real deal" Melinda said, and Delaney rolled eyes at her.
Dylan came in with his friends, looking so down.

Everyone started laughing at the naughty comments from girls, no one dare comments on Dylan since they're aware he belongs to Madelyn.
Carina tried not to stare at Trevor, but she just couldn't stop it.
Dylan placed his head on his desk immediately he sat.
Madelyn came into the class and the pathetic girls started rushing after her as usual, dropping gifts on her desk.

She was smiling arrogantly as she checked out the gifts, and as she checked, she threw them down, not finding them attractive enough.
"Only thirty students are getting invited to my birthday party, no change of mind" she said, and the girls went back to their seats dejectedly.
"This is insane!, I mean...is she a goddess?" Paisley said angrily.
Right now she's already slaughtering Madelyn in her mind.
"She'll become the stepdaughter of the chairwoman soon, so they have to be on her good side" Carina replied.
"They're all sick in the brain" Delaney muttered, and Melinda laughed.
"When is her birthday?" Paisley asked.
"Next week, I dunno the day yet" Carina replied.
"Let's ruin it" Paisley said Melinda said at a time, and they smiled.
"Decorum!" A lecturer announced, coming into the class.
They all went silent as he projected on the white board.
"Football teams game?, OMG!" Gladys screamed when she read the heading.
Everyone started whispering among themselves.
"Is it exciting?" Delaney asked.
"Trust me babe!" Melinda gushed.
"The guys have been split into teams already, trainings on Monday after the first runway audition, check your team at the sports office" the lecturer announced again.

"And the girls, the cheerleading captain has been chosen, she has the authority to pick just twenty girls to the team on Monday, so know that next week is decked with activities, come prepared"
"Who's the cheerleading captain?" Carina asked.
Madelyn smiled, expecting her name to be called.
"Delaney Wang!" The lecturer announced, and Delaney's eyes widened.
"Wait .. me?" She said surprisingly.
"And the assistant captain is... Madelyn Stewart" the lecturer said, and Madelyn spranged up.
"What in the f**king pit of hell is that!, She's the captain while I'm the assistant?, Bullshit!" She shouted.
"Tackle the sports co-ordinator" the lecturer replied, and she stormed out of class immediately.
"I'm so happy for you captain!" Paisley hugged Delaney.
"Captain!" Melinda winked.
"Our captain" Carina teased, and Delaney smiled.
She hasn't really got to lead something all her life, it's the first time and she's happy about it.
The class ended after an hour, and since it's the last class for today, they all started leaving.
Trevor came straight to the girls, but before he could even talk, Melinda left the class with Paisley.
"Sorry" Carina smiled nervously and left with Delaney too
"So it's really rejection" Midas suddenly said behind him, and he looked back at him
"Let's get outta here" he said, and Midas smiled as they left the class.
"Melinda are you out of your mind?, You're hurting him to pleasure yourself!" Paisley said when she got out with Melinda
"It's a test for love, if he loves me he'd chase me, relationships like that lasts longer" Melinda winked, and the rest of the girls joined them
Delaney was about to speak when senior Lexi appeared.
"Hey" he smiled at Paisley.
Paisley bit her lip before going to him.
She gave him a peck and Lexi touched his cheek.
"My lips would have been better" he whispered, and she pecked her on the lips.
"OMG!!" The girls screamed.
"Are you going home for weekend?" Lexi asked.
"Sure, you?" Paisley replied.
"Of course, wanna ride with me?" He asked, and she looked back at Delaney.
"No don't worry, go with your boyfriend and I'll find my way home" Delaney winked, and Lexi pulled her away.
"Bye sweetheart!, See ya at home!" She blew kisses to Delaney as she got pulled away.
"Bye" Delaney waved.
"See you girls on Monday!" She shouted.
"Same here baby!" Carina and Melinda waved back till she went out of sight completely.
"Maybe she really got over Leo" Carina said.
"I don't think so" Delaney replied.
"Why?, You saw the PDA she did earlier" Melinda replied.
"Still..." Delaney said and nodded.
"Let's go" she smiled.
"Yes captain!" They chorused, and she laughed as she pulled the two of them along.
Dylan was watching from the rails, and immediately they left, he inhaled and turned to leave, but Madelyn blocked him.
"I'm going to the mansion with you for weekend" she said.
"I wanna be alone all weekend" he replied and made to leave, but she hugged him tightly without letting go.
"I love you so much, Dylan I love you I swear, please don't leave me for that girl, she loves Mavis, please don't abandon me, I'll take poison and die I swear, please don't jilt me, don't leave me baby" she started crying, Dylan's hand were down throughout.
"I love you so much Dylan, I love you the most in this world, I can't live without you so please... don't even think about leaving me" she cried more, and Dylan sighed.
Mavis walked past them and sighed when he sighted them.
He pretended not to see them till he got to the base of the stairs where he received a text from Sydney.

This time, he smashed the phone and didn't even bother to pick his card before walking away angrily.

HOSTEL**
Delaney and the girls packed the small bags they'll take home for weekend immediately they got back to the hostel, and they came out of the room at the same time.
"I'm gonna miss you!" Carina hugged Delaney tightly.
"Same here baby" Delaney hugged her back.
"Don't cry at night, promise me" Carina whispered.
"Promise" she replied and they broke the hug.
"Hard to get" Delaney said as she hugged Melinda.
Melinda laughed, kissing her cheek before they separated.
"Girls!" Gigi came out of her room.
"You're not going home for weekend?" Delaney asked.
"No, home is always boring cos my mum is always away" she replied, and Delaney hugged her.
"I'll miss you"
"Same here girl" Gigi chuckled when they broke it.
Carina and Melinda waved at her as Delaney left with them.
Immediately they left, Gigi's phone buzzed, a message from a known number.
★ COME TO THE YARD RN! ★
She was shaking as she walked there, and when she arrived, she met the two devils as usual. Madelyn and Gladys.
"On your knees" Gladys ordered, and she went on her knees immediately.
"I really don't know what a black girl is doing here, and your dad is a Nigerian?, I hate that country like shit so I hate anything related to it just like you!, Blame yourself for being black, black irritates me" Madelyn said, standing from the chair she's sitting on.
"It's not my fault for being black" Gigi muttered.
"How dare you talk back!" Madelyn snapped.
She slapped Gigi, and her face swelled immediately.
Gladys kicked her and she landed on the ground, then hits and more kicks followed till she passed out.
They left her unconscious body there and someone came by.
His sneakers was the only thing visible as he carried her in his arms and took her away.

7PM**
Delaney just arrived at the coffee shop, and immediately she changed into her uniform, the first table she served has Mavis sitting on it.
"Sugarcane" she said surprisingly, and he smiled with a seductive wink.
"The cappuccino is mine" he said, taking the cup of coffee from her.
He took a sip from it and looked at her again.
"Nice, did you make it?" He asked, and she shook her head before trying to walk away but he held her back.
"You love doing this right?" She rolled eyes, and he released her hand.
"Drink your coffee and leave" she said and started leaving again..
"Can we kiss again?" He asked, and she turned back swiftly with wide eyes.
"I'm gonna kill you if you say another word again!" She glared, and he smiled as she walked away fast.
He sipped the coffee from time to time as he watched her serve around, and he was smiling throughout.
She's just so focused that it's hard for her to make mistakes, and that got him intrigued till she finished her shift.
They left the restaurant together and he drove her to the dry-cleaning shop.
He stayed outside, smoking while waiting for her to be done.
He kept peeping in, impatient for her to come out till she finally did.
"Smoking again?" She said.
"Want a stick?" He asked naughtily, and she trick to take it away from his lips but he grabbed her hand and pulled her closer swiftly.
Her eyes widened, and he removed the stick from his mouth, staring at her lips.
He slowly released her, and she blinked.
"I'm sorry" he said, dropping the stick.
"It's ok" she replied, and they got in his car.
He drove her home silently, and she waved at him before stepping out of the car.
"I'll see you tomorrow" he smiled.
"Don't come to my jobs tommorow" she said quickly.
"You'll come to me instead, to deliver my clothes" he winked and drove away.
"Such a pervert" Delaney muttered before going in, then Dylan's car came to view.
He has actually been trailing them from the shop till they got here.
He held the steering tight as he watched her go in, wishing he could go closer.

Delaney got in and her phone rang immediately, it's Paisley.
"Hey babe!"
"Sweetheart I and mum are currently at the groceries, we'll be home in half an hour" Paisley said.
"Oh ... Ok honey, I'll just cook before you guys will return" she replied.
"I love you!"
"I love you more" Delaney replied and hung up.
She was about to climb the stairs when the door opened and Mr Addams came in, reeking of alcohol. He's obviously drunk.
"Hey orphan!" He called out, and Delaney's eyes widened as he started staggering to her.
She stood still till he got to her and laughed.
"When will you leave my house?, It's really suffocating to have you here when you have no purpose to serve, I'm not the one who killed your parents" he said senselessly, and Delaney started fighting back her tears.
He suddenly grabbed her by the waist, and her eyes widened.
"One round, just one round ok?" He laughed and started trying to tear off her blouse.
Her bag fell from her as she started struggling with him.
He slapped her twice at a time when she was struggling too much, and tears came out of her eyes.
"Let me go!" She shouted and pushed him away with all her strength.
As he fell, he was still pulling her blouse so it got torn.
Not minding the torn blouse, she ran out of the house in tears, not minding where she's going.
She just wants to get far away from him right now.
She suddenly bumped into a hard chest as she ran, and the person held her quickly, stopping her from falling.
Immediately she looked up and saw his face, she held his shirt tightly, knotting her hands on it.
"Dela.." his raspy voice called, and she sniffed.
"Take me far away from here, please bad boy" she cried, still holding him.
He immediately pulled her into a very tight hug while stroking her black hair gently.
"Anywhere you wanna go, this bad boy is ready.... Anywhere Dela"
