Chapter 16 - He Forced To Bow and Kiss Her Hand

(05.00, 12 May, Flower Garden Orphanage.)

The sun that had started to rise from its sleep peeked through the open windows. The cold dew brought by the wind due to the temperature change made the orphans wrap themselves tightly in their blankets.

Yet, a few minutes before the sun began to rise, a five-year-old child was already awake.

His body twisted in a bizarre, weird-looking motion that looked painful. His muscles were stretched and his joints were also bent out of shape. Cold sweat dripped out of his bushy black hair but his black eyes were like the bottomless black abyss stared straight ahead without flinching.

Del was doing his morning activities, he had decided to use the internal energy from martial arts to blow up the Star Point from the inside. For that, he had to start forming the foundation of his body from scratch. Martial arts weren't popular in the upper realm or lower realm where he was born. This was because Qi was much easier to use and it was also much stronger. Martial arts were seen as mere toys that mortals used to increase their longevity.

For cultivators who could live as long as the stars, martial arts were nothing but proof to show how insignificant mortals were. This was the reason why strong martial artists were extremely rare in the cultivation world, and books that recorded martial arts were few or even nonexistent.

But on one of his adventures, as he was looking for ways to restore his 'essential body part', Del found a world in the lower realm where martial arts were very popular. The strength of the beings in this world was so weak that the strongest among them was only on par with the strength of the middle Qi Gathering realm.

Even so, this still surprised Del because he saw that mortals had a chance to compete with cultivators. Del decided to research this world and the martial arts within it, at that moment a hope arose in his heart that martial arts were what he had been looking for. In the end, Del still failed and found nothing. But the result of his research was that he understood the essence of martial arts.

The essence of being, the Lifeforce.

Martial arts was a way for a being to strengthen the Life Force within them to the limit. At that time even mortals would be able to summon powerful powers that could be categorized as supernatural which they called internal energy. Even though internal energy couldn't be compared to Qi or Mana, internal energy still had its own advantage in that anyone could use it as long as the creature was alive. Del never imagined that martial arts and internal energy were the keys to his life in this world.

Del changed his movements once again and with that, a clicking sound came from his joints. To learn martial arts the first thing to do was bodybuilding because that's where the Lifeforce comes from.

The strange movements that Del did every morning were useful for forming the body's foundation. These movements aimed to change the position of the muscles so that when the body grows the muscles in the body would be in a perfect position.

Del named this martial art he created the Tiger Bodybuilding martial art.

"sigh... huft... huft..." Del was panting for breath, and even so, he continued his practice. He only had some time before the other orphans woke up. Now he had started sleeping with the children in the orphanages, he was over five years old so it was not normal for Del to still sleep in Sister Chika's room.

A few tens of minutes later Del finished his practice at the same time as the orphans started to wake up from their sleep.

(10.00, May 12, Flower Garden Orphanage)

"Del, Madam Yeva called you to her room!"

One of the orphanage children called Del who was busy reading.

"Hmm?"

Del did not have an appointment with Madam Yeva today. After he finished the math problem she gave the other day, Madam Yeva didn't invite Del to meet again. It seemed that she was preoccupied with something.

His mind began to 'spin' as he looked for reasons why Madam Yeva had summoned him without any prior warning. One of Del's guesses was that Madam Yeva had managed to find a wealthy person who would adopt him.

He wasn't surprised by this, with the abilities that he had shown so far, it was impossible for Madam Yeva not to take advantage of him. By giving Del to one of the people backing the Flower Garden Orphanage, Madam Yeva could show her success in educating the orphans.

Del had no intention of being adopted by a rich family at this point. He was still too weak to resist being controlled by the strong in this world. For that Del had prepared several ways out of the Flower Garden Orphanage. One way was by burning the orphanage as a diversion while he escaped.

He already knew the schedule of Chika and Sister Yudith and when they wouldn't be in the orphanage so that the two of them wouldn't get hurt when he ran away. For the orphans and Madam Yeva, Del didn't care about their fate.

"Del!"

"Ah... Okay, I'll go there"

Del stood up and walked towards Madam Yeva's room.

When he reached the front door he heard voices from inside the room.

"...The intelligence he possesses can't just be categorized as a genius, he's a prodigy!" Madam Yeva was very passionate about promoting her wares.

"Hmm..." the unfamiliar woman's soft voice answered uninterestedly.

"Not only that, you can see how he solves these difficult problems. These are the math questions used for the national high school graduation exams two years ago! Del can solve them in just one week and without anyone's help" Actually Del could finish it in just a few minutes but he put it off to be at the normal genius level.

"Okay..." the woman was still uninterested.

"Then he..."

*Knocks! *Knocks! *Knocks!

Del knocked on the door after confirming who was in the room. As expected, Madam Yeva found a buyer and it seemed that this buyer had a high enough position that Madam Yeva who had a lot of pride had to lick the lady's shoes.

"Madam Yeva... It's me!" Del shouted passionately.

He had to maintain his innocence so that his escape plan would not go wrong. If Madam Yeva had any suspicions then this would be a problem for Del.

"Oh.. Del you have come... Come in!"

Del opened the door and his eyes immediately fell on the golden-haired woman who was sitting in front of Madam Yeva. She was wearing high-end clothes while holding a branded bag in her hand.

Her face was extremely beautiful even though she only wore a little make up. And even then it was just used to cover the dark eye bags under her eyes. Even so, her white skin that seemed to glow in the light showed that this woman was someone to be looked up to and admired.

In addition, Del also detected a very fragrant smell that filled the entire room. Del knew that this was not Madam Yeva's room perfume, so the source most likely came from these two guests.

"Mrs. Blume this is Delyrian. Del, say hello to Mrs Blume, she has come with her daughter to see you" said madam Yeva

"Nice to meet you Mrs. Blume and..."

Del didn't know the name of Mrs. Blume's daughter and because she was sitting on a large back chair, Del couldn't see her shape. But it looked like Mrs. Blume's daughter was still young or maybe she just had a midget body.

"Her name is Kylia, Kylia Blume. Kylia, say hello to Del, she is one year older than you. Ooh.. don't forget to take off your mask too, it's impolite if you meet someone wearing a mask"

Even though Mrs. Blume said this with a straight face, Del detected a flash in her eyes. It was like she wanted to see or test something. However it seemed to be closely related to her daughter.

"Yes, mother!" a hoarse voice similar to a broken record came from behind the chair that had it's back towards Del. Del tried to keep a frown from forming on his forehead. He couldn't read anything from Kylia's voice, her voice was so broken that he couldn't tell her age.

The small body got off the chair, a beautiful white and pink dress wrapped around her body so that not a single skin was visible. Her hands which were covered by white gloves reached for the wooden mask covering her face.

When the wooden mask was removed Madam Yeva quickly covered her mouth. She tried hard to control her facial expressions and shriek not blurt out but her eyes which widened in horror betrayed her efforts.

Kylia turned around and her true face was seen in front of Del.

And...

Del's body shivered, not because of fear, not because of disgust, or any other negative expression. But because....

What the hell is this.....

Impossible....

Impossible....

All the fibers.... all the cells in Del's body were agitated.... It was as if they were all alive, cheering for joy, and triggering a chain reaction that released the brain's control from them.

No... No... even his brain reacted the same...

How can humans be this gorgeous!!!!!

In front of Del was an extremely perfect being... Perfect was an absurd metaphor, even Del who was an Immortal Paragon couldn't say he was perfect. But Kylia was the perfect being... perfect for himself...

As if they were both one and the same but separated into two parts. Del's body and brain screamed, rebelled, and forced himself to snap back together.

Del's eyes widened, his mouth was agape, and his body trembled violently... He had never been this out of control in his two's lives but this time... Del was being controlled...

Del stepped towards her without realizing it... approaching the perfect object in front of him

He thought

You are mine!!!

Mine only!!

Your beauty should not be seen by anyone!!!! Only I can admire it!!

Your fragrance should not be smelled by anyone!!!! Only I can enjoy it!!!

Your body should not be touched by anyone!!!! Only I can savor it!!!!

ME!!!

ONLY ME!!!

I will lock you up!!! I will erase your existence!!! I will kill everyone who knows you!!!

You only need me!!! ME!!! ME!!!!!

Del was already one small step away from Kylia. His hand rose to grab her neck. But before his madness overtook him, his Immortal Paragon Soul reacted and wrestled his sanity back from Del's brain and body.

His hands that were aiming for Kylia's neck turned towards her cheeks. Caressing her cheek gently while looking deep into her golden eyes.

"You are the most beautiful existence I have ever seen..." with a matter-of-fact tone, he said.

"You are mine!" with a face full of greed and lust, he promised.

"And I am yours" with a thread of sanity left, he conceded
