Arthur found himself, along with the rest of the students of the first-year Hunter course in a familiar forest that was created completely out of magic.
They stood at the centre of a clearing identical to the one Arthur had spawned at the start of the Hunting Sorting test, "Welcome to the Time Dilation Chamber!" Professor Heldsworth's voice boomed through the whole forest from an odd contraption hanging high in the air.
Something he'd called, the Howler.
The Howler was a mechanical owl-like contraption with an exceptionally large beak that relayed messages coming from the Chamber's control room.
This odd invention also had the eyes to relay details of everything that happened within the Time Dilation Chamber. That is not to say that there weren't other modifications scattered throughout the room that allowed the professor to see what was going on inside.
