Arthur's younger version froze… enthralled yet also struggling to keep up with what happened next. The two warrior phoenixes in the arena suddenly burst forward with such explosive speed that they left chaotic gales of wind at their feet, flashing across the great distance between them in barely a second.

Both of them were heavily built though slightly less built than Conrad, Arthur's bulky guardian… then again, the prince might have been biased. In his eyes, no one was stronger than Conrad other than the king himself.

One of the warriors had milky-white skin, dark brown hair and a jagged scar that ran down his upper arm ending at his elbow and giving him the weathered look of a battle-hardened warrior.
