Chapter 33 - Chapter 32

As Luffy made his way upstairs, he grabbed Nezumi by the hair and started dragging him up the stairs, not bothering to talk to him. When they reached the door, Luffy kicked the door off its hinges, much to the surprise of the two marines standing by the door.

Luffy then walked off, dragging Nezumi with him, while a cloud followed behind him and started towards the exit. When they exited the building, they saw nothing but chaos.

All over the ground were burn marks where lightning had struck, while the marines were running everywhere trying to catch the escaped prisoners. Luffy saw Zoro and Sanji standing near the pier with a large set of gunpowder and cannons in crates.

Luffy then started walking towards the two, who were not fazed by the lightning flashing around them or the sound of loud thunder exploding overhead. Zoro and Sanji saw their captain walking towards them without a coat on. It was the first time they saw Luffy without a coat.

Behind him, they see a girl riding on a cloud named Luffy, who looks like she's been through a lot. Zoro and Sanji looked at each other before they nodded their heads, indicating that they agreed that they would be quiet and wait for the captain to tell them about the girl.

When Luffy walked towards them, a bolt of lightning would strike from the sky and strike any marine that would try and attack him to save Nezumi.

"What's bothering you, captain?" Zoro asked, causing Sanji to hit his head. "What's your problem, lousy cook!?" Zoro screamed, causing Sanji to point at the girl behind Luffy. Zoro then realized what he had done and immediately kept his mouth shut.

"Enough, you two," said Luffy before he summoned a large cloud from the sky. The cloud descended and engulfed the payload Zoro and Sanji had obtained before leaving and lining up behind the cloud filled with money. Luffy then dragged Nezumi onto the marine boat they used earlier, and Zoro and Sanji quickly followed.

As they boarded the ship, Sanji raised the anchor and released the sails, causing the ship to begin sailing away from the island, which was filled with lightning attacks. When they were at a safe distance, Luffy gave orders for Sanji and Zoro.

"Stop the ship here," he said, causing Zoro to raise the sails while Sanji dropped the anchor. Luffy untied Nezumi and kicked him in the stomach, making him cough up blood.

"Please, please don't kill me!" Nezumi begged Luffy. Luffy just stared at him with cold, emotionless eyes like a killer's for a few moments before he spoke in a cold tone.

"Give me one good reason why I should let a scum like you live, after what your men did to that poor girl," Luffy said, causing Nezumi to turn pale and tremble in fear. "However, I won't kill you," said Luffy, shocking everyone there.

"If I kill you, who's going to tell Marine Headquarters about what happened here?" "Dead people won't tell anything after all," said Luffy before he walked to the front of the ship and stared at the marine base's island moments before he spoke.

"However, I will kill your men after what they did to this girl," said Luffy as he looked up at the sky above the island. Nezumi quietly crawled to the side of the ship and looked out over the railings. Zoro and Sanji walked and stood behind Luffy, and the girl wrapped Luffy's coat tightly around her body before she jumped from the cloud and went to the opposite side of the ship away from Nezumi and looked outside to see what would happen.

In the sky above the marine base island, thunderclouds started swirling. The wind started to pick up, and now, instead of just the island being covered in darkness from the clouds, most of the sea around the island was also covered in darkness from the clouds.

Luffy's eyes started to glow with power, and the air around them started to thin, making it hard for Sanji and Zoro to breathe. They both took a few steps back to catch their breath. Luffy's body is then surrounded by electric blue sparks, and the crackling of electricity fills the ears of those who are close enough to Luffy.

Luffy then raised his right hand in the air before speaking in a loud voice and lowering his hand in one swift motion.

"Raijin's Sacred Judgment!" Out of the center of the swirling cloud, a gigantic pillar of lightning like the one Luffy cast at Arlong Park but bigger and wider descended and engulfed the entire island.

Upon hitting the island, the pillar produced a bright white flash that blinded everyone for several seconds. Roughly three seconds after the light appeared, a loud bang was heard.

It was the loudest thunder anyone had ever heard. The booming sound forced Zoro, Sanji, Nezumi, and the girls on the ship to cover their ears. The sound of thunder and a white flash were heard and seen throughout East Blue.

When everyone was able to see again, what they saw caused their eyes to widen in disbelief. The pillar of lightning disappeared, and the clouds in the sky also started to dissipate, but the thing that made everyone gape was the fact that the island that was previously in front of them had disappeared.

The place where the island had been before was now a hole in the middle of the ocean, which quickly filled with seawater. Zoro and Sanji stared at something they thought was impossible.

They knew Luffy was strong, but they never expected he could wipe an entire island off the face of the earth in less than five seconds.

"He... He... just... Wow," was all Sanji could say, while Zoro could only nod stupidly in agreement to whatever Sanji wanted to say.

Luffy then turned around and started walking towards the girl, leaving Zoro and Sanji to continue staring at the hole, which was slowly filling with water. When Luffy reached the girl, he spoke to her.

"Hey," said Luffy in a soothing tone that caught his attention. "What's your name?" he asked. The girl stared at Luffy for a moment before she answered in a nervous voice.

"My name is Diane," said the girl, looking down at her feet. "Thank you for saving me," he said with tears in his eyes.

"Nice to meet you, Diane; I'm Luffy, and you don't have to thank me for anything," Luffy said as he put his hand on her shoulder. "Where do you come from?" Luffy asked again.

"I'm from here, from East Blue, Cocoyasi Village in the Conomi Archipelago," the girl said, causing Luffy to smile at her warmly.

"That's good news, because we just came from there," Luffy said, causing Diane to look at him with hopeful eyes. "And we'll be back there to pick up the rest of my crew." "So, we can take you," said Luffy.

Dian started crying, immediately hugged Luffy, and started sobbing into his shirt. Luffy smiled and hugged him back, then turned towards Sanji and Zoro and spoke. "HEY! You two!" Luffy shouted to get their attention.

"Time to go." "Zoro, destroy the rudder and cut the anchor," Luffy said, getting a nod from both of them. Luffy then carried Diane in bridal style and placed her back on the cloud before he rode up with her.

Sanji then jumped into the cloud behind them, quickly followed by Zoro after he finished cutting the anchor. When everyone is on two clouds filled with money and a load of ammunition, the clouds begin to rise into the sky with their passengers, leaving Nezumi alone on a ship in the middle of the ocean with no way to direct or stop him.

Luffy then pulled out his gun and fired a shot at the ship's mainmast, which caused it to explode when Luffy's lightning energy hit it. The ship's mainmast then fell, causing Nezumi to rush for cover.

When the pole fell, Nezumi came out from where he was taking cover and shouted at Luffy.

"You will pay for this straw hat! "Take my word!" Nezumi shouted at the top of his lungs. Luffy ignored him and focused on carrying everyone and cargo on the two clouds. Realizing that he wouldn't be able to bear all this weight for long, Luffy turned to everyone and spoke.

"Hold on," he said before a flash of electricity shot out of the cloud and wrapped around everyone like a safety belt. The two clouds then shot towards Cocoyasi Village at full speed.
