The ride back home was silent. Sophia sat as far away from alexander as she possibly could. She feared this man and it was only right that she stay away from him!
She did not know what he was doing in her school when he walked in and she almosty didn't want to know but curiosity got better of her so she asked, "What were you doing back there, uncle?"
He had shown up just in time to put pressure on Ryan. She had to accept that his showing up truly saved her in some sort of weird way!
Alexander did not even look up from his papers which he had been holding for some time now.
"Meeting."
His one word answers were always very frustrating but this was all Sophia knew she would get.
She now realized that her school was owned by the Sterling Group. It was one of those projects that they did for the community but still only children of the rich families went to the school as it was considered one of the best!
