"Yes" after which Kasper gulped his saliva and said "But there's one more question that is lingering in my mind. Shall I ask." Iannae nodded in response "What happens if, You had not made the pact with me then what happened to me in the future?".
Iannae can acknowledge Kasper's hesitation and awareness in his spoken words. Nevertheless she needs to tell him the truth ,sooner or later when he enhances his skills he might feel decisive against Iannae for hiding the truth from him.
Iannae also senses his low breathing .Kasper must be eagerly waiting for her reply. Iannae passes a light breath and with that she opens her lips.
"Ah…you will….." Iannae said with hesitation "Uhm..You. . . will be fine. Someone would have found you on his own! ...Like I do!!`...,
Iannae confesses to herself that she particularly not lied to him .Kasper mana existence may be fit in the radar of a Necromancer but she can't just tell him the truth that because of his parents neglectance Kasper will die a tragic death due to his mana suppression disease ,saying so she became silent.
Kasper asked with suspicion "Really?...." At which Iannae can't overcome the sweat of stress at the back of her body.
In a droning tone Kasper said "this is it..." Iannae nodded a little in comparison. She cursed herself of the guilt in her heart.
Kasper wanted to ask more but before he could the gate of the room opened with a creek and the previous guard came in.
He babbled " I hope that nun would not steal anything from here. He went inside the room after covering his nose with a handkerchief.
Iannae and Kasper were hiding behind each entrance gate of the room and when they see that the guard is busy engrossing here and there to check the room thoroughly .They both sneak out.
They don't bother to maintain their pace until they find themselves in a silent corridor. They caught up with their breath and said at a time " escape" and shook hands with each other.
"My guards must be finding me. I need to go back. Thank you so much for everything Iannae. I will meet you at noon." Said Kasper after which he ran in an East directed corridor of the palace
Iannae is withstanding his back .She shouts his name 'KASPER' while listening to his name Kasper turns . Iannae said without pause "Do Not Forgot". She also shows him a thumbs up which means 'ok'.
Kasper smiled and moved further in his direction.
Iaanae went back to her room. She is not expecting someone to pull the door for her after knocking a single time and it was
Glinda . She said " you are late "and let Iannae in. Iannae apologised. And asks "Is everybody already asleep?".
Glinda replied with a chuckle "It's 2:55 am Normally people fall deep asleep at this time". Iannae replied with Just an 'Oh' expression and said "I need to take a shower "
"I will get your clothes ready," said Glinda in response. Iannae replied "No need I can do it by myself" . Glinda already begins to move out Iannae's clothes from her wardrobe . Glinda picks some nicely covered nightgowns that are comfortable while sleeping .She also informed Iannae that she had already warmed the water for her . Listening to Glinda, Iannae's forehead bulge a little .She said "why!!?…no how did you know. I was going to come late at night?"
Glinda ignored Iannae's question instead .she pushes Iannae's back to let her move inside the bathroom and said to her that Glinda will help Iannae in cleaning her body ,perfectly that would help her to reveal her stress to some extent .It's not like that Glinda had never helped Iannae before in taking bath or either cleaning ,so she do not disagreed on her proposal because she felt really tired due to the aftermath of the purification method. Although the scar healed a lot thanks to her Kasper high mana energy the stabbed toll on her body did not impact much. It started healing sooner, after the cut began to sting.
Glinda pauses and then continues "Ah…it reminds me that Gummy's twin sister Gimmy has not come back to the chamber yet. Although I have told Gummy that Gimmy is with you but If Gimmy will not come back soon .we need to take action in responsibility."
"Don't worry. She will be back before dawn. Trust me. If anything happens to her .I am willing to take responsibility.''
Therefore, Iannae begins to unzip her clothes while unwinding her nun attire.
Later ,the nun outfit fell on the floor and she was standing wearing only her lingerie. She removed them too because she needs to take a bath. Glinda praises Iannae for her beautiful body and marvellous features. Before grumbling her nose inside the water .Iannae said " Stop enjoying granny".
"Granny!!? Yeah your mother must be an old granny but I am still young like you" It makes Iannae chuckle.
Seeing Iannae happy, Glinda felt joy and she murmure "I had a daughter like you. She was
Sweet as honey..,
shy as bird..,
honest as you..,
And bright as the sun. Sometimes I even wonder if I am ALLOWED TO BE this happy in my life with her around."
Iannae asks carefully" Is she currently not with you?"
Glinda shook her head and whispered "She is dead now .She was never meant to be with me…., I have scrubbed your back .Now wash yourself carefully. I am taking my leave " . Glinda swept away some of her tears and went off from the bathroom.
Iannae sighed and murmure " I am sorry Glinda. you must be in so much pain as a mother losing you child it's the biggest grief of your life. I promise you that one day I will take away your sufferings until then…..",
Iannae comes out from the bathroom and sits on her first floor bump bed. It took her 8 - 9 hrs. To perform necromancy purification on Kasper. She felt withered. Although she had work to do, her body aches a bit. After a while, she fell asleep. An hour later Gummy knocked on her head and said " Wake up ….I have accomplished the task you have instructed Iannae. Now , AM I considered sincere?."
Iannae fixed her eye fabric and said "Am I dreaming?" Gimmy shook her head in reply. Iannae patted her head and mumbled 'Good work' twice .And again go to sleep after covering her hands within the blanket. Gimmy shrugs and lays beside Iannae. They both were sleeping together. Glinda has already slept long ago. Gimmy is excited to see what reaction Iannae makes tomorrow after seeing the result.
Gimmy remembers the day when a palace maid Agatha was sent to the dungeon prison. It's the day Gimmy life took a U-Turn from its original pace.
Gimmy was running an errand on behalf of Glinda who was busy cleaning. Gimmy was instructed to deliver a flower vase to the handmaiden.
When she took a turn to go to the Eastern corridor. A painting caught her eyes . For a close look she gets closer towards it. Despite the attached balcony that place was not very conspicuous. If Gimmy has not attracted by the painting. She would have never known that there is a balcony here. She hears some voices coming out from there and suddenly they stopped. She wonders what goes on there? When she took a sneak peek. Gimmy eyes widened and unconditionally the vase fell from her gasp but immediately caught by...
