Levi waved away the maid who was definitely about to ask him if he'd like some tea. The blonde bowed and moved to take his jacket, he let her.
"Master is waiting for you in his study".
Levi sighed. "Thank you".
She bowed again and he watched her return back into the kitchen before he started towards the stairs.
Levi gripped the banister trying to get hold of himself. He had finally, finally found Everette, and now he had lost him again.
He stopped at the top of the stairs and sighed. He couldn't do this right now, he can't afford to let anything show to his father. That would end bad for both him and Everette.
Levi drew in a sharp breath, letting out slowly. He then started down the hall towards his father's study.
Levi knocked on the door.
"Come in". John's voice sounded from the other end.
Levi changed his face to one of indifference then twisted the door knob, opening the door and walking inside.
He came to a stop in front of the table his father sat.
