I should have expected the amusement park to be filled with a lot of people, it's Saturday after all. I honestly wanted to just go back home but I couldn't seeing Everette bouncing excitedly by my side. His eyes shone brightly and he giggled at everything he saw. Yeah, I couldn't leave even if I wanted to.
I felt pleased seeing my men positioned around the park.
" Ice cream Kayden, ice cream ". Everette said and I allowed him to pull me to the ice cream stand.
" What would you like? ". The young man asked smiling down at Everette.
Everette turned to look at me and I smiled at him.
" Go on, order anything you want ".
He nodded and even with the face mask he had on, I could tell he's smiling. He ordered his ice cream and brought his face mask down a bit so that he could lick it.
I waved the man off when he asked me what I would like then told Bryson to pay for the ice cream.
Everette took a hold of my hand and we started walking off, Bryson following closely behind us.
