It indeed was, a beautiful day. The sun smiled brighter than ever, illuminating everywhere with it's golden yellow light. Since flowers were planted almost everywhere in this town, the air smelt cool and fresh and the moaning wind carried their fragrance around.
From where I stood, I could see Janice arranging things for the day's work. She was wearing a yellow dress that fitted her like a second skin, her long mane of dark hair draped over her shoulders. She looked up, and a glint of warmth popped up in those doe brown eyes and she waved me gayly. I waved back, and then turned the opposite direction. "Now that's a smile that's just as beautiful as today." I chuckled to myself.
I had walked about twenty miles, when I came across a lone street leading to a huge, luxurious gate with a wall all-around it. As I admired it, it suddenly opened and a carriage drawn by a horse came out of it. Inside the carriage was a lady all dressed in sparkling silk. I leaned forward to get a better view of her because the doors were covered by a light nylon curtain, but the wind blew it up a little, and then I saw her. She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen.
Back when I was a prince, my mother was always praised for her good looks, and our museum had so many portraits of her, for she was the most beautiful queen in our history. I remembered thinking that I would never see any woman as beautiful as she was. Now I knew how wrong I was.
The girl looked to be about Janice's age, twenty one. She had rich red hair well down to her waist. Her hair was quite thick, or so it looked, and it's texture was soft and delicate, like raw silk. Her emerald green eyes could take in the whole world. They were so deep, that a man could fall into them. She had soft pink lips, and fair white skin.
For a moment we stared at each other, and I was entranced. Then her voice Sang out like soft bells ringing. "stop the cart!" she said. As she stood up to come out, she tripped on a piece of her flowing gown and lost her balance. Instinctively, I rushed to her side and grabbed her just before she could touch the ground.
The action startled her so much that she let out a little scream. I remembered putting her firmly on her feet, before I felt a hard object hit me on the head, then nothing.

The heafty man who had been controlling the horse drawn carriage rushed towards Adriana and the strange boy holding her, and knocked him unconscious. He fell down immediately.
"What do you think you're doing Gaius?!" Adriana shouted at the man, bending down immediately to inspect the boy. "I'm sorry My lady. I thought he was attacking you." Gaius replied. "He actually saved me from falling! I could've broken my leg!" she said looking at him crossly.
He hung his head low, ashamed of what he'd done. "Well don't just stand there..."Adriana said folding her arms. "... you've got to carry him to my Chambers!" Gaius lifted the boy on his shoulders as easily as an average man would've lifted a cluster of hay. "Miss Adriana, aren't you going out anymore?" Gaius asked looking over his shoulder at her. "Of course not." she said matter of factly. "All thanks to you, I've got to wait until this man wakes up." "I'm sorry miss." Gaius said without looking back this time around. He felt that one of the servants could look after the stranger instead, but he didn't say anything.
Adriana put her arm around his neck and smiled. "I understand. it wasn't entirely your fault. You were only trying to protect me."she said. Gaius grinned this time around, showing nice, pearly white teeth with slightly pointed canines

"Lay him down there." Adriana said jerking her chin towards her bed and rolling up her sleeves. "is there anything else you need?" Gaius asked looking down at her. "Yes. um... fetch me a bowl of hot water and a cloth." Gaius started for the door to fetch them at once. He came back a few minutes later with a bowl of steaming hot water, and a cloth. "Help me take off his shirt." Adriana said collecting the bowl from his hands and placing it on a nearby table.

The stranger who'd saved me would soon be waking up, I thought. With nothing else to occupy me, for the first time in the little time I'd met him, I had time to look at him closely. He was strikingly handsome. From the lines of his nose, his jaw, to the softness of his lips, to his finely chiseled body. Every part of him looked like it was given the utmost time and care in creating.
He looked like a masterpiece by an extremely gifted artist. From his raven black hair atop pale white porcelain skin, to his amber cat eyes, which went quite well with his red lips, to the perfection of his body, every part of his face, his body, was aesthetically pleasing. I had once had a flare for drawing, and even though I hadn't picked up a pencil in years, when I looked at him my hands itched for pencil and paper.
He was beginning to sweat. I quickly dipped the cloth in the water which was now warm, squeezed it and swiped it gently across his face before bringing it to rest on his forehead. He groaned, and his lips trembled softly with that effort. I ran my fingers slowly about them. They were warm and soft. How would it feel to...kiss those lips I wondered. I quickly pushed the lewd thought out of my head. But my wandering eyes found their way there again.
Would this stranger allow me a little revelry? I quickly pushed my hair towards my left side, then I lowered my face towards his, slowly. It felt like everything I'd imagined, and more. His lips tasted so sweet. And the moment my lips touched his, there was a spark of electricity that seemed to flow from his body into mine. I gasped, touching lips and moving my face a few inches back. Was that...real? I inched closer again to kiss him a second time, but then he suddenly turned his head left. I moved back again in alarm. He turned right again, then opened his eyes.
