The wind howled as it whipped through the gap, nearly knocking me off my feet if not for my werewolf senses and balance.
"Looks like we'll need to find another way around," Chloe muttered, her gaze flitting from side to side as she considered our options. Lilith sighed heavily, tracing her fingers over the enchanted necklace she wore, searching for guidance from its magical properties.
"Don't worry, gang!" the Narrator piped up cheerfully. "This is just what I like to call a 'narrative hurdle.' You know, an opportunity for growth and character development!"
